Blanch beans in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain and refresh in cold water.
Step 2
Heat a lightly oiled frypan on mediumhigh heat. Season beef and cook for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare or until cooked to your liking. Transfer beef to a plate to rest, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, mix lime juice and sauces in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine. Thinly slice beef, toss with salad and serve immediately.
