Step 1

In a shallow dish, combine eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

Shape stuffing into a square-like piece to fit the size of bread.

Step 3

Spread honey mustard on two slices of bread. Top one slice with cheese, followed by turkey, stuffing, more cheese, more turkey. Close with the other slice.

Step 4

Heat butter in a pan on medium heat. Dip sandwich in the egg mixture, and be sure to soak both sides well.

Step 5

Place in pan and cook on both sides, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Step 6

Serve with cranberry sauce.
