Step 1

Prepare popcorn using your preferred method. I use my air-popping popcorn machine with kernels.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together taco seasoning, nutritional yeast and tajin. Set aside.

Step 3

On a large baking sheet or in a bowl, place popcorn. Drizzle the melted butter, and toss to coat.

Step 4

Sprinkle the taco seasoning mixture over the popcorn, and toss well to coat. Season to taste.
