Preheat the oven to 400 degrees

Defrost the frozen spinach in the microwave and squeeze out all of the excess liquid (about 5 minutes)

In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, spinach, milk, bread crumbs, onion soup mix, 1 1/2 cups colby cheese, egg, worcestershire, red pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

Mix everything together until well combined

Spray an 8x8 glass pan with Pam (I used this pan instead of a loaf pan and it worked perfectly)
Step 6
Put the turkey mixture in the pan
Step 7
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of colby on top of the meatloaf
Step 8
Pour the tomato sauce on top of the cheese
Step 9
Sprinkle the diced onion on top of the tomato sauce
Step 10
Bake for 1 hour
Step 11
Let it cool for 10 minutes before cutting
