Step 1

Fill a large sauce pan with your cleaned hibiscus and cover with water

bring to a boil and let boil for 10 minutes

turn off heat, cover and let stand for 2 hours

drain well

Step 5

heat skillet with olive oil

Step 6

cook garlic and onion until translucent

Step 7

add hibiscus

Step 8

Cook for a few minutes until flower darkens and reached desired texture

Step 9

salt and pepper to taste

build taco and enjoy
