Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° and prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
Mix together oats, flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Step 3
If using flaxseed substitute, mix with water and stir until gelatinous and allow to sit for 1 minute.
Step 4
In a separate bowl add flaxseed mixture (instead of eggs), dairy-free milk, honey, and vanilla and beat all ingredients together.
Step 5
Add in the nuts and raisins.
Step 6
Make cookie dough into balls (about 1 1/4 inches round) and layout on a baking sheet.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
Step 8
Leave out for 5 minutes to cool. Enjoy!
