Step 1

In a pie plate or shallow bowl, whisk together egg whites, ground cinnamon, milk and vanilla.

Step 2

Lightly grease a skillet.

Step 3

Dip 1 slice of bread into egg white mixture and coat.  Shake off any access.

Step 4

Put coated bread slice  on skillet and cook until both sides are light brown. Approx 2-3 minutes for each side of bread. Repeat with remaining slices of bread.

Step 5

Serve warm with desired toppings ( powdered sugar, syrup, fresh fruit, etc)
