Place the chicken on the grill grates, in indirect heat.

Smoke until the internal temperatures reach 165°F.
Step 12
Check with a digital thermometer or meat probe thermometer.
Step 13
Once the chicken has cooked, remove it from the grill.
Step 14
Leave it for 10-15 minutes of rest.
