Pour melted butter, brown sugar, salt over carrots and stir until the carrots are fully coated.

Place carrots in an oven safe bowl that will fit in your air fryer. Cook on 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway.

Sweet Carrots

Place carrots in a large bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.

Place in the air fryer basket and cook on 380 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through. Once done, top with parmesan cheese and parsley. Salt and pepper to taste.

These Air Fryer Carrots make a tasty low calorie, low carb side dish for any meal. Perfectly roasted carrots made easily in 15 minutes.

Air Fryer Carrots (Perfectly Roasted)

avocado oil (or olive oil)

balsamic vinegar

salt (adjust

black pepper (freshly cracked)

Prepare carrots

Peel the carrots and cut them at an angle into 2-inch pieces, about ½-inch thick. Skip this step if using baby carrots.

Season carrots

Combine carrots, oil, vinegar and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. Toss well until carrots get evenly coated.

Air fry

Preheat the air fryer at 375°F for 2 minutes. Spread the seasoned carrots in the fryer tray, in a single layer.  You may have to cook these in 2 batches, depending on the size of your air fryer.

Shake Basket and Finish

Air fryer for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket half way through.  Remove and check the carrots for doneness. For extra crispy, shake the basket and air fry for another 2 minutes.

Roast carrots in the oven

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the seasoned carrots evenly on an aluminum lined baking sheet, in a single layer. Cook for 20-22 minutes, flipping the carrots after 10 minutes.

Alternative Method: Oven Roasted Carrots

These carrots are perfectly seasoned and then air-fried until crispy on the outside, tender on the inside!

Air Fryer Roasted Carrots

carrots ((about 5 medium-sized carrots))

Wash &amp; peel carrots and cut into sticks, about ½&quot; thick. If using packaged baby carrots leave them whole.

Preheat air fryer to 370°F.

Air Fryer Baby Carrots (plus time + temp)

Perfectly seasoned and so delicious, these air fryer roasted carrots are a quick healthy snack or side dish. Make these crispy yet tender roasted carrots in the air fryer or oven.

Carrots (peeled and cut sticks)

Oil (I use avocado

Garlic powder

Salt (I used pink himalayan salt, adjust to taste)

Black Pepper (freshly cracked, adjust to taste)

Peel the carrots and then cut into 2 inch pieces. Half or quarter them vertically.

Transfer them to a bowl. Add the avocado oil and seasonings. Toss them well, so they are all coated with the seasoning.

Transfer the seasoned carrots to the air fryer basket and spread them in a single layer. Set the air fryer to 380F (cook in batches if needed).

Air fryer for 12-15 minutes for the perfect texture. Shake the basket half way through.

Serve and enjoy carrot sticks with a dip or just as is. Sprinkle some chopped or dried parsley or some freshly grated parmesan if you like.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Transfer the carrots to a large sheet pan. You can also add the olive oil and seasonings on the sheet pan.

Spread evenly so they do not overlap. Cook for about 20 minutes. Flip after about 10 minutes for even cooking.

Perfect Air Fryer Carrots

Tender roasted air fryer carrots made with just olive oil and a dash of seasoning are a perfect side dish for your next dinner!

carrots (baby carrots, or washed and peeled carrots)

olive oil (or preferred oil/fat)

garlic salt (or preferred seasoning)

Preheat air fryer to 350F degrees.

In a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over the carrots and sprinkle with seasoning.  Toss to coat.

Place carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 -20 minutes or until your desired tenderness is reached. Give the basket a shake about halfway through.

These Air Fryer Carrots are tossed in honey garlic butter for the best sweet and savory flavor. They&#39;re tender in the middle and caramelized on the edges.

Air Fryer Carrots with Honey Garlic Butter

Preheat air fryer to 370° F for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the carrots into 2-inch pieces on the diagonal. Cut pieces in half lengthwise (or quarter if very large/thick).

Place carrots in a medium mixing bowl and toss with the olive oil, salt and pepper.

Add the carrots to the preheated air fryer basket and shake them out into a single layer. Air fry for 12 minutes at 370°, shaking the basket to toss halfway through the cook time.

While the carrots cook, wipe out the bowl that you used to season the carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey and minced garlic.

Once the carrots have cooked for 12 minutes, return them to the mixing bowl. Pour the honey garlic butter mixture over the carrots and stir to coat.

Return the carrots to the air fryer basket and cook for 6-8 more minutes, until tender and golden brown on the edges (if your carrots were on the smaller side they will cook faster). Serve immediately.
