Air Fryer Fries. How to make the best air fryer fries you have ever tried. Or as us Brits like to call them air fryer chips. Perfect every single time and using only a small amount of oil, this is where all air fryer beginners should start.

How To Make The Best Ever Air Fryer Fries

Air Fryer

Large Potatoes

½ Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Tsp Oregano

Salt & Pepper

Peel and slice your potatoes into chips. Load the potatoes into a bowl, cover with cold water and fridge for 15 minutes.

Drain the potatoes, add seasoning and extra virgin olive oil and mix with your hands until nicely coated.

Load the fries into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 160c/320f.

When it beeps shake the chips and make sure a fork goes through a chip and they are not underdone.

Cook for a further 5 minutes at 200c/400f or until they are perfectly crispy.

Serve.

Air Fryer Green Bean Chips

lbs green beans,

canola oil

salt,

black pepper,

tsp amchur powder

tsp chili powder

In a large bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper, amchur, and chili powder.

Toss in green beans and coat evenly.

Preheat your air fryer to 270 degrees.

Place batches of green beans on your fryer basket and air fry for 10-15 minutes. Or until chips are mostly crisp. They will still have a tiny bit of softness to them that will be gone as they cool.

Cool without covering until completely crisp, approximately 3-4 hrs.

Serve or store in an airtight container.

Air fryer chips are quick and easy to make and taste delicious - better still, they are much better for you than deep fried chips!
