Remove husk and silks from corn if necessary.

Spray air fryer basket with nonstick.

Brush corn with a small amount of oil....

Brush corn with a small amount of oil. This prevents the outside from drying out. (optional)

Air fry corn at 400ºF for 7-8 minutes.

Chicken, peppers and onions cooked in a creamy coconut curry sauce - this easy curry is made completely in the air fryer. It&#039;s all ready in less than 30 minutes!

Air Fryer Chicken Curry

sunflower oil

chicken breasts

onion

red bell pepper

salt and pepper

garlic

tsp minced ginger

chicken stock cube

tomato puree/paste

300 ml 10.5 oz passata

300 ml 10.5 oz tin full fat coconut milk

cornflour

Rice

coriander

Air fried chillies (or use sliced fresh chillies)

You&#39;ll need a cake barrel insert for your air fryer for this recipe. See post for details on this.

If you&#39;d like to serve the curry topped with the blistered birds-eye chillies, place the chillies in the air fryer basket and air fry for 3-4 minutes at 200c/400f, until starting to blister (shake half-way through the cooking time). Then remove and put to one side for later.

Add the oil to the air fryer cake-barrel, along with the chopped chicken, onion and red pepper. Sprinkle on a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix together to coat the chicken and onion in the oil and seasoning.

Place the cake barrel in the airfryer basket and air fry for 10 minutes at 190c/375f, shaking the basket once, halfway through cooking.

Add in the curry paste, garlic and ginger. Stir together and place back in the airfryer for 2 minutes.

Add the crumbled stock cube, tomato puree, passata and coconut milk. Stir together so everything is combined.

Place back in the air fryer for 10 minutes, stirring once, halfway through cooking.

Remove from the air fryer, stir again. Check that the sauce is piping hot and the chicken is cooked though (slice open a piece of chicken and ensure it&#39;s no longer pink in the middle).

If you want to thicken the sauce, stir in the cornflour slurry.

Serve on top of rice, topped with fresh coriander and chillies

Air Frier Chicken Curry

A whole roast chicken with roast potatoes and vegetables all cooked in the air fryer! All done in less than 90 minutes. This is a great way to make a simple roast dinner with minimal washing up!

Air Fryer Roast Chicken Dinner

120 g (4.2 oz) trimmed fine green beans

Take the chicken out of the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before roasting to take the chill off it.

Rub the oil into the skin of the chicken with your hands.

Sprinkle on the salt, pepper and thyme.

Place the chicken in the air fryer at 180C/350F for approx. 45-50 minutes – until the skin is golden and the juices run clear (you can test this by inserting a skewer in the thickest part of the thigh – the liquid that runs out should be clear). If you have a temperature probe, the internal temperature should be 75C/165F.

Remove from the air fryer, place on a board or in a tray to rest and cover with foil and a tea towel on top.

Add the chicken stock to the air fryer basket and give it a swill around to pick-up up any chicken juices – this will form the basis of the gravy. Pour the liquid into a small saucepan and put to one side.

Turn the air fryer temperature up to 200C/400F

Place the potatoes and carrots into the air fryer basket and drizzle on 1 tbsp of the oil and ¼ tsp each of the salt and pepper.

Toss together and place in the air fryer for 12 minutes, shaking once, halfway through cooking.

Add the green beans and cauliflower to the air fryer basket. Drizzle on the remaining 1 tbsp of oil and ¼ tsp each of salt and pepper.

Use a spoon or set of tongs to toss together with the potatoes and carrots, trying to ensure the florets of the cauliflower are pointing downwards or tucked under the potatoes/carrots, and the green beans aren&#39;t sticking up (this will prevent them from burning) and place in the air fryer to cook for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Meanwhile make the gravy. Place the pan with the chicken stock and chicken juices over a high heat and bring to the boil.

Slowly add the cornflour slurry while stirring with a whisk, until the gravy has thickened to your liking.

Add any further chicken juices from resting the chicken, plus any leftover juices at the bottom of the air fryer basket to give the gravy maximum flavour. Give it a taste and add a little more salt and pepper if needed.

Remove the vegetables from the air fryer and place in a serving bowl or on the tray with the chicken.

Carve the chicken and serve with the air-fried vegetables and gravy.

No par-boiling required for these quick, crisp air fryer roast potatoes. Only 5 minutes prep and 20 minutes cooking time.

Air Fryer Roast Potatoes

700 g (1 1/2 lbs) floury potatoes (such as Maris Piper

tbsp neutral oil (such as rapeseed, avocado

tsp Maldon salt

Peel and chop potatoes into 2.5cm (1 inch) chunks. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.

Place a shallow tray insert into your air fryer basket. *see note 1

Add the potatoes to the tray. Drizzle on the oil and give a good shake or stir - so the potatoes are fully covered in oil.

Cook for 5 minutes in the air fryer at 200C/400F, then turn the potatoes and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Turn the potatoes again and give them a bit of a bash with the back of a spoon - to ruffle the edges slightly.

Drizzle on a further tbsp of oil. Cook for another 10 minutes (so it will be 20 minutes cooking time altogether), until the potatoes are crisp and golden.

Sprinkle with salt and thyme before serving.

How to make chips in your air fryer so they&#039;re perfectly crispy! No need to soak the potatoes or par-boil them. They cook in just 20 minutes!

Air Fryer Chips

700 g (1 ½ lbs) of floury potatoes

tbsp cornflour (cornstarch)

paprika

Peel and slice potatoes into chips (about 1cm thick)

If they&#39;re a bit grubby, then rinse in cold water, drain and pat dry, if they&#39;re not grubby you don&#39;t need to do this step.

Add the chips to a bowl and toss with the cornflour until coated

Add oil, salt, pepper, and paprika and toss again so they&#39;re evenly coated

Place in the air fryer and cook 190C/375F for 20 mins, shaking every 5 minutes

Serve with a sprinkling of salt and pepper if you like.

These crispy chicken wings cook in the air fryer in 35 minutes. The perfect party food! They taste great on their own or smothered in your favourite sauce.

Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Wings

2.2 lbs (1 kg) chicken wings

level tbsp aluminium-free baking powder*

½ tsp table salt

½ tsp pepper

Cut each wing at the joint so you have a mini wing and a drumette.

Dry the wings with paper towels, then place in a large bowl and add the baking powder, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Note - it&#39;s important to dry the wings first so they only get a light coating.

Add to air fryer, cook for 30-35 minutes at 210C/410F, shaking the basket every 10 minutes.

Serve on their own or with your favourite sauce.

A month ago, I was on special diet for two weeks, looking for simple air fry chicken and tried your recipe with chicken drumsticks because the recipe sounded so simple and I took a chance.  To my surprised how good it really turned out.

These turned out great! Very easy to make, I liked the fact no oil was used. Wings turned out crispy on the outside and the meat was juicy on the inside. Perfect!!

I just buy Foster Farms brand Take Out Crispy Wings from my local grocery store and deal ‘em up in my air frier…no mess, no fuss…and they are first rate crispy because they come semi deep fried. Cheap too @ $6.99 for one pound (10-12 wings) although they are small grade B wings.
