Air fryer desserts are all the rage and these Air Fryer Apple Pie Chimichangas are an easy way to enjoy apple pie without all the fuss. 

Air Fryer Apple Pie Chimichangas

Granny Smith apples, peeled and diced

water

corn starch

granulated sugar, divided

tsp ground cinnamon, divided

nutmeg

tsp vanilla extract

kosher salt

lemon juice

(10") flour tortillas, warmed

tbsps caramel sauce, divided,

cooking spray

vanilla ice cream (optional)

Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Whisk together water and cornstarch in a small pan until no lumps remain. Over medium heat add 3/4 cups granulated sugar, 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg vanilla, lemon juice and salt to the cornstarch mixture. Cook for two minutes, stirring occasionally; mixture will begin to thicken. Add apples and turn down the heat to low for 7-12 minutes or until the apples are soft. Remove from heat.

Place one tablespoon of caramel sauce on each warm tortilla and top with 1/2 cup of the apple mixture.

Tuck the ends and roll the tortilla to create a chimichanga. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place two rolled chimichangas, seam side down,  in the basket. Air fry for seven minutes.

Combine brown sugar and remaining granulated sugar in a shallow bowl.

Remove cooked chimichangas from basket and roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Top with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired.

Take the cookie dough out of the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter for about 5-10 minutes until softened (just enough to roll it out). For the cookie bottoms, add 1 teaspoon of the red raspberry preserves into the centers of each cookie. Spread it out a little bit but leave a barrier around the edges. 

Dust the tops of the cookie sandwiches that have the cutouts generously with powdered sugar. Place the tops of the raspberry preserves, gently press down to distribute the preserves, serve immediately.

Today, we&#039;re going to show you how to make air fryer tres leches cupcakes. These delicious little treats are perfect for a special occasion, or just when you want something sweet and decadent. Trust us, you won&#039;t be disappointed!

Air Fryer Tres Leches

evaporated milk (canned)

condensed milk (canned)

Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt

Add the egg yolks and ¾ cup of sugar to a separate bowl. Mix together until creamy and smooth. Stir in ⅓ cup of milk and vanilla extract until combined.

Add the flour mixture into the egg yolk mix and stir until just mixed through.

Beat the egg whites with an electric or stand mixer on high in a large mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Add the remaining granulated sugar and continue to beat until the peaks stiffen

Fold the egg whites into the batter until just combined.

Fill silicone cupcake liners ⅔ full. Place several cupcakes in your air fryer basket and set the air fryer on air fry at 320 degrees F. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until your cupcakes are cooked through. Work in batches until all batter is used.

Meanwhile, mix the evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, and remaining milk in a large bowl.

Let the cupcakes cool. Use a toothpick to poke holes in each cupcake and pour two tablespoons of the milk mixture over each cupcake to absorb.

Refrigerate the cupcakes for 2 hours or overnight. When ready to serve, spread or pipe the whipped cream onto each cupcake, dust with the ground cinnamon, and garnish with a strawberry slice per cupcake.
