Crispy Aloo Tikki Recipe

Potatoes

Poha (flattened rice)

Fresh Cilantro (Coriander) Chopped

tsp Ginger Grated

Green Chili Chopped

tsp Red Chili Powder

Salt

tsp Dry Mango Powder (amchur)

cumin powder

tbsp Rice Flour

Jalepeno peppers, stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon, and cooked in the air fryer.

Cut the jalapeños in half, lengthwise. Remove all of the seeds and rinse the jalapeños.

Place the stuffed peppers in the basket of the air fryer, working in batches if necessary. Be sure they aren&#039;t overlapping each other in the basket.

Cook at 370 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, until the bacon is cooked to your desired crispness.

Air Fryer Paneer

avocado oil (or olive oil)

Cut the paneer into cubes that are approximately 1” in size.

Preheat your air fryer to 400ºF (204ºC) for at least 3 minutes, according to your manufacturer’s instructions.

Add the avocado oil (or olive oil) to a large bowl, along with the paprika, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt.

Stir the spices and oil together to form a paste.

Add the paneer cubes into the oil and seasoning mixture, and toss well to coat the paneer in the seasoned oil.

Place the paneer into the air fryer in a single layer and cook for 5-8 minutes. If possible, shake the basket halfway through cooking.

Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately. Spear onto skewers if desired, or serve with toothpicks.

Wrap the tortillas in foil.

Place the foil-wrapped tortillas in the air fryer and heat at 400ºF for about 5 minutes.

While the tortillas are heating, in a medium bowl, mix together the chicken, salsa, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and paprika. Stir to mix well. Add the cheese and toss to incorporate it.

Remove the tortillas from the air fryer and place a parchment paper liner in the air fryer basket, if desired.

Spread each tortilla with about 1 tablespoon of refried beans, then put a heaping tablespoon of the chicken mixture in a line down the center. Roll the tortilla up around the filling and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Place each filled and rolled taquito in the air fryer basket, seam side down if not using toothpicks.

Mist or brush each taquito all over with oil (you can use olive, safflower, sunflower, canola, avocado, corn, etc.)

Cook in the air fryer for about 7 minutes, until the taquitos are light golden brown on top.

Turn the taquitos over, mist or brush with a bit more oil, and cook for 4 or 5 minutes longer, until they are golden brown and crisp all over.

Serve immediately with desired toppings.
