Easy dinner meets bold flavor in this healthy Asian Inspired Gluten Free Stir Fry! The perfect dinner under 30 minutes with clean and completely customizable ingredients! Serve over cauliflower rice for a delicious Paleo or Whole30 Stir Fry.

Gluten Free Stir Fry

broccoli

avocado oil

curry powder

crimini mushrooms,

Tablespoons avocado oil

coconut aminos

Tablespoon fish sauce

garlic powder

ginger

unrefined sea salt

black pepper

sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Separately toss the carrots and broccoli in 1 teaspoon of avocado oil each. Lightly sprinkle both with sea salt and black pepper and then sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon of curry powder over the carrots only. Toss again if needed.

Arrange the carrots and broccoli on the lined baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Once done, set aside.

In a large skillet, add 1 Tablespoon avocado oil and heat on medium/medium-high. Once the skillet is hot, add in your sliced mushrooms. A large skillet should allow them enough room so they aren&#8217;t over crowded and can brown. Allow them to cook for several minutes without stirring before flipping them to brown the other side. As they cook season they lightly with salt and pepper.

Once the mushrooms have browned on both sides transfer them to a plate and set aside.

Using the same large, hot skillet add another Tablespoon of avocado oil and the ground meat.

Break up the pork with a large cooking spoon as it cooks. Then add in the coconut aminos and fish sauce. This will act as a deglazer (to maximize flavor) as well as cook into the meat.

As the meat finishes cooking add in the garlic powder, ground ginger, salt and pepper and continue stirring until the meat is cooked through.

Once the meat is cooked, add back in the mushrooms, carrots and broccoli. Stir to combine and warm everything through. Taste and adjust salt if needed.

Serve over basmati rice or cauliflower rice for Paleo and Whole30. Add more coconut aminos over the rice, if desired and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Eat and enjoy!

Vegetable Asian Stir Fry Noodles

ramen noodles (gluten-free rice noodles, if needed)

tofu,

mushrooms

snap peas, string removed

carrots,

red pepper, thinly sliced

red onion, chopped

Optional toppings: green onions, sesame seeds, red pepper flakes, black pepper

vegetable broth

soy sauce (gluten-free, if needed)

hoisin sauce (gluten-free, if needed)

coconut sugar (can sub brown sugar)

sesame oil

chili flakes

garlic cloves, finely minced

cornstarch

Put a large pot of water on and bring it to a boil. Discard the flavor packets then add the ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes then drain them and set them aside. Note: you want them undercooked as they will finish cooking in the sauce. If they stick together when you want to add them to the stir-fry, rinse them under warm running water.

While the water is coming to a boil, heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Dry the tofu with paper towel then add it to the frying pan. Let it cook for 3 minutes on each side, or until it is golden brown and crispy. Remove the tofu from the pan.

Add the remaining teaspoon of oil and all the vegetables to the pan at the same time. Let them cook for 5 minutes, or until they have started to soften. Remove them from the pan. (They can go in the same bowl as the tofu.)

Add all the sauce ingredients to the pan and bring them to a boil. Let them boil rapidly for 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water and add it to the sauce. Let the sauce thicken then add the noodles, vegetables, and tofu to the pan and mix everything together. Top with any or all of the optional toppings and serve right away.

Great recipe. My wife grabs for the soy sauce at almost every asian inspired meal to add flavor. Not once did she do that here. Thag almost never happens. Winner!

This recipe is so good! The kids loved it and I loved how easy it was to make. Will be making it again for sure.

It was really good, I used egg noodles / pancit canton instead of ramen. I will just add less sugar next time  but other than that it was a great recipe!

For this recipe, I use seitan( wheat gluten ) as my protein choice, paired with green &amp; red bell pepper, cabbage, carrot, and wheat noodles, then finish off with an amazingly sweet, tangy, and savory yakisoba stir-fry sauce.

Vegan Yakisoba( Japanese Stir-fried Noodles)

600 g Pre-cooked Wheat Noodles ((Note1))

g Brown Onion (Thinly Sliced)

Carrot

g Green Bell Pepper(Capsicum) (Cut into thin strips)

g Red Bell Pepper(Capsicum) (Cut into thin strips)

200 g Seitan(Wheat Gluten) ((Note 2))

Cabbage

Tbsp Cooking Oil ((Note 3))

Tbsp Vegan Oyster Sauce

Tbsp Light Soy Sauce

Tbsp Ketchup

Tbsp Vegan Worcestershire Sauce

tsp Maple Syrup ((Note 4))

½ tsp Toasted Sesame Oil

¼ tsp Ground White Pepper

Tbsp Water

Preparation: Slice seitan, brown onion, carrot, green&amp;red bell peppers, and cabbage into thin strips. Meanwhile, place all the ingredients for the yakisoba stir-fry sauce in a bowl, combine all them together then set aside.

Stir fry seitan and veggies separately: In a large wok or skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Add the seitan and cook until slightly golden color then take out. Do the same to sliced onion, carrots, green&amp;red bell pepper, and cabbage, cook until they are softened, take out, and set aside.

Prep the noodles: Remove the pre-cooked noodles from their package, and place them in a colander. Quickly boil the noodles in hot boiling water for a minute until the noodles are separated. ( if you use dried ramen noodles, please cook them according to the instruction on the package)

Heat up the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the noodles into the skillet then pour the yakisoba stir-fry sauce mixture onto the noodles, stir and mix well.

Finish the dish: Add the Yakisoba noodles to the skillet then add cooked seitan and vegetables back to the skillet. Toss everything together using tongs. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything heats through.

Serve: Serve immediately with garnish( sliced green onion, Nori Fume Furikake )if preferred.

【Vegan Yakisoba Japanese Stir fried Noodels】

Stir-fry bok choy, carrots, and celery for just a couple minutes before adding a simple black bean sauce in this quick dish.

Bok Choy with Black Bean Sauce

boneless, skinless chicken thighs,

ginger,

c. low-sodium soy sauce

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 2 tbsp canola oil. Add chicken and fry until cooked through, 7 minutes then remove from&nbsp;pan.

Heat remaining canola oil in same pan. Add ginger and cook until fragrant, 1 minute then add broccoli, bell pepper, and red chilis. Cook until vegetables are tender, 5 minutes.&nbsp;

I really like this recipe.  I like my foods a bit spicier so I added some sriracha in place of the Sambal Oelek.  It was perfect.  As is though, it’s great for people who want some food with a kick but not spicy enough to burn their mouth.

San Francisco-Style Vietnamese Garlic Noodles

dry spaghetti

unsalted butter

oyster sauce

soy sauce

fish sauce

grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano cheese

Boil

In a 12-inch (30-cm) skillet, bring 1 1/2 inches (4 cm) of water to a boil over high heat. Add the pasta, stir a few times to make sure it’s not clumping, and cook, stirring occasionally, until just shy of al dente (about 2 minutes short of the recommended cook time on the package).

Stir-fry

While the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a wok or saucepan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring, until fragrant but not browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour in the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and fish sauce and stir to combine. Remove from the heat.☞TESTER TIP: If you choose to add shrimp, as suggested in the headnote, stir-fry them with the garlic. This may increase the cooking time by a minute or two.

Toss

Using tongs, transfer the cooked pasta to the garlic sauce, along with whatever water clings to it. Increase the heat to high, add the cheese to the wok, and stir and toss vigorously until the sauce is creamy and emulsified, about 30 seconds. (If the sauce looks too watery, let it keep reducing. If it looks greasy, splash some more cooking water into it and let it re-emulsify.)

Serve

Stir in the scallions, if using, and serve immediately.

Asian Chicken and Green Bean Stir-Fry

chicken

whole green beans,

+ 2 tbsps of chicken broth, divided

+ 1 tbsp of coconut aminos

tbsp of raw honey (optional)

tsp of arrowroot powder (or tapioca flour)

ginger (optional)

salt

 In a small bowl, mix together coconut aminos, raw honey, and 1/4 cup of the chicken broth until combined. Set aside.

 Heat pan over medium heat and add sesame oil and minced ginger. Saute for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

 Add ground chicken and cook for about 5 minutes.

 Add the coconut aminos and raw honey mixture to the pan, along with the green beans.

 Cover, and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the green beans are tender (this took about 15-20 minutes for me).

 Mix together the arrowroot powder and 2 tbsp of the broth until completely combined and add to the pan. Let cook for one minute to let the remaining liquid in the pan thicken, then remove from heat.

½ Cup Yellow Onion (thinly sliced)

pc King Oyster Mushroom

¼ ea Red Bell Pepper

¼ ea Green Bell Pepper

ea Baby Corn (fresh

Cup Mung Bean Sprouts

Cup Water

Tbsp Shiaxing Cooking Wine

Tbsp Hosin Sauce (*Note2)

Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup (or 1 tsp sugar)

Tbsp Corn Starch

Preparation : clean and cut yellow onion, red and green bell peppers, king oyster mushrooms, and baby Bok Choy. Meanwhile, place all the ingredients for the stir-fry sauce in a bowl, combine all of them together then set aside. (*Note3)

Heat oil (*Note4) in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add sliced yellow onion, toss quickly, then top with tofu puffs. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until onion is starting to wilt.

Add green and red bell pepper strips, baby corns, and minced garlic. Stir constantly for a minute.

Add baby Bok Choy and cook for a few minutes until the stems are slightly softened.

Pour the stir fry sauce mixture into the work and mix well, making sure everything is coated with the sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce is thickened.

Add the mung bean sprouts and cook for 30 seconds. Dish up and serve!
