Game Day Cheese Dip

Spread beans on a platter or in 9 x 11 baking dish. If using a platter, remember to leave about 1 1/2&#8243; to 2 inches of space around the edge of the beans.

On the platter, place the lettuce around the beans in the empty space. If you are using a baking dish, simply spread the lettuce on top of the beans.

Next, spoon desired amount of Cauliflower Mushroom Walnut Taco Meat onto the beans and evenly spread.

Add the Easy Vegan Tofu Sour Cream on top of the taco meat. Use whatever amount you wish, but I like to add just enough to cover the meat.

Cover guacamole with salsa and evenly spread.

Finally, drizzle with Game Day Cheese Dip.

Serve immediately or cover and store in the fridge until ready to serve.

Serve with Healthy Homemade Tortilla Chips. Or, make some of my Crunchy Baked Taco Shells and serve as tacos.

I can rate this 5 stars because I've made your taco "meat" recipe and turned it into nachos that were among the best I've ever had. So I can just imagine how freakin' delicious this will be! I love being able to transform favorite Mexican food recipes into whole food/plant-based dishes with no oil. Wow, this dip is fabulous! We've tasted a lot of dips and this has quickly become a favorite. It's the ultimate bean dip. The bean part is smooth, creamy, and filled with Mexican spices. Then it's topped with thick layers of cheese. It's ooey gooey heaven. This will be great for any party. A real crowd pleaser.

oz package cream cheese,

can(s) 16 oz each vegetarian fat-free refried beans

pkg taco seasoning (you can use the whole package if you prefer)

c cheddar cheese

c shredded pepper jack cheese

A rich cream bean dip full of flavor! Loads of cheese and a handful of jalapenos take this dip to the next level!

Easy Bean Dip

cream cheese (softened)

refried beans (canned)

taco seasoning

mild green chiles (diced and drained)

sour cream

green onions (divided)

jalapenos (chopped, optional)

cheddar cheese (divided)

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Slice green onions dividing the white and green portions. Set the green part aside.

Combine cream cheese, refried beans, taco seasoning and sour cream with a hand mixer on until fluffy.

Add the whites of the onions, jalapenos, chiles and 2 cups of cheddar cheese.

Spread into a 2qt (or 8x8) baking dish.

Top with remaining cheese and bake 20-25 minutes or hot and cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.

Perfect for parties, watching the game and family gatherings, this easy bean dip comes together in no time. Start with canned refried beans or use homemade refried beans to make it. If you follow our recipe for refried beans, you may want to reduce the amount of cumin since we already call for cumin in the refried beans recipe.

Wow that’s was amazingly delicious. The spices were well balanced. Had my own ancho chilli powder, ground from dried whole peppers. Only used fine chopped sliced jalapeños &amp; preferred to avoid the cilantro. My taste, but we thank you for always giving us great deals to enjoy &amp; share.

Creamy Cheesy Bean Dip - Easy Homemade Refried Bean Dip

A rustic, flavor-packed white bean dip with a Mediterranean twist. Pass the warm pita, and you'll have a happy crowd!

Mediterranean-Style Bean Dip with Roasted Squash 

Acorn squash

Private Reserve extra virgin olive oil

shallots,

cannellini beans, drained and rinsed

garlic clove, chopped

tsp Spanish paprika

tsp coriander

tsp cumin

tsp ground sumac

tsp cayenne pepper,

lemon juice

Flat leaf parsley

tbsp toasted pine nuts

almonds

Place acorn squash in microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes (this will make it easier to cut through the tough skin).

Carefully cut acorn squash in half through the stem. And using a spoon, scoop seeds out. (You can discard seeds, or clean and toast them to use as garnish or otherwise)

Sprinkle squash with salt, then place them flesh side down on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Roast in 400 degrees F heated-oven for 40 minutes or so until flesh is tender and slightly browned around edges.

While squash is roasting, prepare caramelized shallots. In a skillet, heat 1 tbsp Private Reserve extra virgin olive oil over medium-high. Add shallots and saute until caramelized, tossing regularly. Season with salt.

When squash is ready, remove from oven and let cool. Scoop out the flesh and discard shell.

In the bowl of a large food processor fitted with blade, add 1/2 amount of shallots (keep remainder for garnish); squash (flesh only); white beans; all the spices; sprinkle of salt. Add lemon juice and 3 tbsp Private Reserve extra virgin olive oil. Close the top of your processor and blend until you achieve a smooth dip.  Taste and adjust salt or add more of the spices to your liking. Blend again.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil, parsley leaves, and toasted nuts. Enjoy with warm pita, pita chips or crackers!

What a great twist on bean dip for fall! Roasted squash has such great flavor. I love the aromatic spices in this and the color of the dip too. Those pine nuts on top must make a great contrast!

Okay, *TOTALLY!* yum!!! I totally cheated, since I was short on time, and used the microwave for cooking the squash (cut in half, scooped out seeds, inverted cut halves in a dish of water, and cooked about 10 minutes, until tender, then scooped out the flesh... So, not oven-roasted, which I expect would be way better, but 10 minutes!! *grin*). Anyway, it was SO good! And you are so right, the olive oil drizzled over the top really makes the dish; didn't have sumac, so had to just go with the lemon. And can't eat pine nuts, so went with all almond. Didn't matter one iota, in my opinion. It was fabulous, and I can't wait to share this great autumn-y recipe with my extended family, come Thanksgiving. I make a version of a cannelini dip with a major Italian twist; but this is definitely the hands-down Thanksgiving version! Blessings, ~Chrissie

First I topped this dip topped with Suzy's Early Harvest olive oil and toasted pine nuts. Then I served to appreciative friends with crackers and cocktails. This morning I had the leftovers for breakfast topped with olive oil, sunflower seeds and pistachios with some warm whole wheat pita bread. OMGosh! You cannot go wrong with this recipe! I have made this twice within the last two months.  It is so delicious that I could eat a bowl full every single day!  I bought  several Butternut squash when it was in season and roasted it and froze it.  All I had to do was grab a package out of the freezer, thaw, and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.  

Besides tasting so good, it has tons of nutrients and fiber. *Healthy*

Heaping ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

In a food processor, combine the refried beans, green chiles, lime juice, onion powder, and cayenne pepper, if using. Pulse until combined. If the mixture is too thick, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, to reach your desired consistency.

Spread the bean dip onto a platter, top with desired toppings, and serve with tortilla chips.

7-Layer Bean Dip

shredded Mexican blend cheeses ((cheddar and Monterey jack))

Add the refried beans to a mixing bowl. Season with chili powder, cumin and garlic powder. Taste and add more seasoning if desired.&nbsp;

Spread beans into a single layer on a large serving plate or in a 9x13'' pan.

Add avocado and lemon/lime juice to a bowl and mash well with a fork. Spread into an even layer, over the beans.

Spread sour cream into an even layer, over the mashed avocado layer.

Dollop small spoonfuls of salsa all over the top of the sour cream layer.

Sprinkle with cheese, followed by olives, and then green onion. You could also add a diced tomato for garnish (optional).

Refrigerate until ready to serve (this can be made a day in advance). Serve with tortilla chips.

It’s not a football party at our house without a big platter of 7-layer bean dip! Everyone loves this easy Mexican dip that has layers of flavored refried beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese, olives and green onion.

Refried Bean Dip with Cream Cheese takes only 10 minutes to prepare and is always a hit at the party!&nbsp;

Refried Bean Dip with Cream Cheese

Cheddar cheese

Monterrey Jack cheese

(about

(1 ounce) package of taco seasoning

hot sauce

green onions, thinly sliced (optional)

Preheat the oven to 350° and have ready an 8"x8" square baking dish.&nbsp;Mix together the Cheddar and Monterrey Jack Cheese and set aside.

Add the cream cheese and sour cream to a large bowl and stir to combine with a wooden spoon or handheld mixer on medium speed. Add the refried beans, half of the cheese mixture, taco seasoning, and hot sauce to the bowl, and stir (or mix on low) until well combined.&nbsp;

Transfer the bean dip to the baking dish and top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes, uncovered. Top with green onion garnish (if using), serve, and enjoy!

This Refried #BeanDip is perfect for serving as a #gameday recipe (especially the Super Bowl) but it goes great on any party table and works for any occasion!

This isn’t just any #partydip! This one comes together in 10 minutes, it’s loaded with cheese, and is served hot and bubbly! There’s almost no prep, minus grating cheese and slicing green onions. 

Taking the time to grate your own cheese will really improve the texture of your dip, however, it’s not totally necessary. If you have a food processor, use it fitted with the shredder attachment to do all of the work for you!

 If you’re in a pinch for time, go ahead and buy pre-shredded cheese. As for the green onions, these are totally optional, and you can feel free to leave them out if you’d like. 

The rest of this bean dip #recipe goes like this: 

1. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in a bowl.
2. Add the canned #refriedbeans and mix those in as well.
3. Add hot sauce, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese and mix again.
4. Transfer the contents to a baking dish, and top with the remaining cheese.
5. Lastly, bake until bubbly!

Cheesy Refried Bean Dip (Only 10 MINUTES Prep!!!)

White Bean Dip 

white beans

sweet onion, finely chopped

mozzarella cheese

parmesan cheese

garlic

black pepper

½ cup mozzarella, for topping

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and grease a pie dish or 8x8 baking dish.

In a large food processor, add all ingredients other than the topping cheeses. Pulse until smooth and evenly combined. Add more water a tablespoon at a time if the consistency is too thick.

Spoon bean mixture into the prepared dish and top with the remaining cheese.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbling and golden brown.

Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.

The perfect party appetizer that everyone will love!

Mexican Fiesta 7 Layer Dip

oz jar of restaurant salsa ((or homemade))

chicken

oz cream cheese, (softened)

Tbsp taco seasoning

guacamole

Mexican blend shredded cheese

pico de gallo

green onions, (sliced)

cilantro, (optional garnish)

lime, juiced, (optional garnish)

Drain salsa in fine mesh sieve.  This keeps your dip from getting too wet.

Add beans to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30 seconds.  Stir in chicken broth, or use 2-3 Tbsp of the drained salsa liquid for extra flavor!

Spread bean mixture evenly into an 8x8, 7x9, or other 2 quart baking dish.

Use a hand-mixer to combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, lime zest, and taco seasoning.  Spread evenly on top of bean mixture.

Spread guacamole evenly over cream cheese layer, then top with drained salsa.

Top with shredded cheese, pico de gallo, and then green onions.

Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes, to 1 day.  Before serving, if desired, squeeze some lime juice over the top and sprinkle with cilantro.  This is optional, but delicious.

Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
