Chocolate Filled Monkey Bread

white dinner rollsthawed

(9 ounces) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

(1/2 stick) buttermelted

brown sugar

butterscotch sauce (optional)

NESTLÉ NESQUIK Chocolate Flavor Syrup (optional)

Cut each roll in half.Press each half into 3-inch circle.Place 10 or 11 morsels in center of dough circleshaping dough into a ball around morsels.Pinch dough to seal.Repeat with remaining dough and morsels.Dip each in melted butter and roll in sugar.Arrange dough balls in prepared pan; seam sides up.Cover; let rise in warm place for 40 minutes or until doubled in size.

Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.Cool in pan on wire rack for 20 minutes.Loosen sides and invert onto serving platter.Drizzle with butterscotch sauce and Nesquik.Serve warm.

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Nonstick cooking spray

bananasripe

all-purpose flour

baking soda

unsalted buttermelted

dark brown sugar

sugar

vanilla extract

NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8.5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

Mash bananas. Set aside. Leave some small chunks if desired.

Combine flourbaking sodaand salt in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Combine melted butter and sugars in a large bowl. Mix until well combinedthen stir in the vanillaevaporated milkand eggs. Mix thoroughly.Stir in the mashed bananas. Then gently stir in the dry ingredients. Mix until just combinedthen stir in the morsels.

Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake 50-55 minutesor until a knife pulls out clean from the center of the loaf.

Cool loaf in pan on a cooling rack for 10 minutes. Then remove loaf from pan and continue to cool on rack until room temperature.

Chocolate Chip Cookie Monkey Bread

(16 ounces) refrigerated home-style biscuits

unsalted butter

squares NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Refrigerated Chocolate Chip Cookie Bar Dough

Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray a 6-cavity muffin pan generously with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

Melt the butter. Place granulated sugar and brown sugar in a medium bowl and combine with melted butter. Set aside. Open biscuit can and cut each biscuit into quarters. Take one quarter and peel back about half of the layers. Place 1 teaspoon of the cookie dough between the layers of the biscuit quarter and re-cover. Roll the biscuit quarter in your hands to create a ball. Repeat this process for each biscuit quarter.

Toss the biscuit balls in the sugar mixture and make sure they are completely covered with the mixture.Divide the balls between the prepared muffin tins. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.

Remove the pan from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes on a cooling rack. Then remove the monkey breads from the pan before serving.
