This easy, homemade breakfast pizza is made with bacon, eggs, tomatoes, spinach and cheese, made completely from scratch and ready in less than 30 minutes start to finish!

Breakfast Pizza Recipe

5 oz all purpose or white whole wheat flour*

baking powder

salt

non-fat Greek yogurt (not regular, drained if theres any liquid)

spinach

mozzarella cheese

cherry tomatoes (sliced)

eggs

bacon (chopped)

Preheat the oven to 450F. Place a silicone liner on a large baking sheet or spray with oil if using parchment.

In a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt and whisk well.

Add the yogurt and mix with a fork or spatula until well combined, it will look like small crumbles.

Lightly dust flour on a work surface and remove dough from the bowl, knead the dough a few times until dough is tacky, but not sticky, about 20 turns (it should not leave dough on your hand when you pull away).

Divide into 4 equal balls about 3-3/8 oz each.

Sprinkle a work surface and rolling pin with a little flour roll the dough out into thin ovals 7 to 8 inches in diameter and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Top with spinach, mozzarella and tomatoes, leaving the center open for the egg. Gently break an egg the center of each dough and finish with bacon.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the egg is set. Season with salt and pepper.

Sheet Pan Breakfast Pizza with Sausage and Potatoes

almond milk (or milk of choice)

baby spinach

turkey breakfast sausage

potatoes (1 regular sized 16 oz frozen bag 12-ounces)

cheddar cheese (omit

Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a 10.5-inch x 15.5-inch sheet pan with avocado cooking spray.

Add the turkey sausage to a skillet and bring to medium heat. Break the sausage up with a spatula as it cooks. Once cooked, drain and set aside.

In a medium bowl, combine eggs with milk, salt, pepper &amp; spinach.

Layer shredded potatoes in an even layer on the sheet pan. Sprinkle the sausage over the potatoes. Pour the eggs and spinach mixture over the top. You may need to spread it so it&#x27;s in an even layer.

Sprinkle cheese over the top.

Bake at 375 F 25-30 minutes until eggs are set.

Remove from the oven and slice with a sheet pan safe knife into 16 squares to serve immediately.

This creamy Eggs Florentine Breakfast Pizza combines a garlicky white sauce, mozzarella, spinach, and a perfectly silky yolk for an easy yet stunning meal.

Adjust your oven rack to the highest level. Begin to preheat the oven to 500ºF.

To make the white sauce, combine the butter and flour in a small sauce pot. Heat the butter and flour over medium-low heat, while whisking, until it begins to simmer. Simmer and whisk the mixture for about one minute.

Whisk the milk into the butter and flour mixture. Allow it to come up to a simmer again, whisking often. When it reaches a simmer, it will thicken. Turn off the heat and whisk in the garlic and salt. Set the sauce aside to cool (it will thicken further as it cools).

Prepare a 12-inch pizza pan with non-stick spray and/or cornmeal. Stretch the pizza dough out to cover the surface of the pizza pan. Pour the white sauce over the surface and spread it out with the back of a spoon. Bake the crust with the sauce for 5 minutes.

Squeeze any excess moisture out of the spinach, then sprinkle the spinach over the surface of the par-baked pizza crust and sauce, followed by half of the mozzarella. Crack the four eggs onto the pizza, equally spaced around the surface. Add a small amount of freshly cracked pepper, then top the remainder of the mozzarella.

Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese and crust are golden brown and the eggs are mostly set. Allow the pizza to cool for five minutes before slicing (the eggs will continue to firm up after it comes out of the oven).

Thermomix recipe: Breakfast Crostata

100 Grams whole wheat

Grams fresh yeast (or 2 tsp dried instant yeast)

water

Grams Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)

400 Grams bakers flour

Teaspoons Pink Salt Flakes

brown onions, sliced thinly

Flakes

red skinned potatoes, sliced

Roma tomatoes, sliced

Grams provolone

Handful Kalamata olives, pitted

To make dough, place whole wheat into Thermomix bowl and mill **1 min/speed 10**. Remove from bowl and set aside.

Place yeast, water and EVOO into Thermomix bowl and warm **2 min/37°C/speed 2**.

Add milled wheat flour, bakers flour and salt to Thermomix bowl and mix **10 sec/speed 6**.

Turn out into a well oiled glass or ceramic bowl, knead into a tight ball, cover and allow to prove for at least an hour.

Meanwhile, preheat a pizza stone in the hottest oven you can manage. (Bread baking setting is optimum if available.) The longer you heat your oven the better.

To make filling, place sliced onion, EVOO and salt into clean Thermomix bowl and place sliced potatoes into Varoma dish and set into position.

Cook **50 min/Varoma/Reverse/speed 2**. Cool slightly.

Spread the caramelised onion onto both dough rounds, leaving approx 8cm border around the edges.

Top with cooked potato, sliced tomato, ham, cheeses and olives. Tuck the dough up to form a crust, pinching it together in folds so that it holds the filling.

Place one at a time onto the hot pizza stone and cook about 10-15 minutes, or until dough is well cooked and filling is golden. (This will depend on the heat in your oven.)

Serve immediately garnished with thyme sprigs.

Preheat oven to 425F degrees. Spray a large baking sheet (10&quot;x 15&quot;) with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread the pizza crust into the pan. Stretch it out to all the edges. Brush olive oil evenly on top of the crust. Poke the crust really well with a fork (this will keep it from puffing up too much.)

Bake the crust for about 7 minutes on a middle rack. It should just start to be getting very light brown in color.

While crust is baking, start making the scrambled eggs. In a medium-sized bowl, add eggs, salt, pepper and milk. Whisk eggs really well for at least 2 minutes to combine.

Preheat a pan on low to medium heat. Add butter. Once butter is melted, pour in the egg mixture. Gently scramble the eggs. The key to good scrambled eggs is to not cook them too fast or else they get rubbery. So just slowly move the eggs around until softly scrambled and fluffy. Turn off heat.

When crust is ready, remove it from the oven. Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the crust.

Top the sausage gravy with scrambled eggs. Then top the eggs with shredded cheese. Finally, sprinkle the bacon pieces evenly over the cheese.

Place baking pan back into the oven (middle rack) and cook at 425F degrees for another 6-7 minutes until everything is warmed through and cheese is melted.

Slice into 12 slices. Then serve while warm.

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and place tortillas onto baking sheet. Bake tortillas in preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until they are lightly golden and crispy.

Heat a large nonstick skillet, lightly coated in cooking spray, over medium-high heat. In a large bowl, beat together 6 large eggs and a 1/4 cup of milk until combined. Season with salt and cracked black pepper. Add beaten eggs to preheated skillet and scramble until done to your liking. I recommend a soft scramble for these pizzas as they will cook in the oven as well.

Top each tortilla evenly with scrambled eggs. Top eggs with an even layer of steamed broccoli, then sprinkle each pizza evenly with cheese and everything bagel seasoning. Bake pizzas for 3-5 minutes, until cheese is melted.

Yum. I got most of the moisture out and added butter brushed on all surfaces on crust and cooked the crust way longer, but that's because I like crispy goodness! It's a hit.  I added fresh basil and five eggs each in a little cleared out well. Lol! Let IT set a bit! I cut between eggs so each slice had an egg in the middle. It feeds five this way.  Also 12 mins in oven for eggs with one min under broiler for perfect, slightly runny but cooked warm eggs! Omgoodness! Thank you for this receipe!

Honestly, one of the best breakfast pizzas I have ever had! So easy to make and turned out amazing. I used onions instead of chives.

Add add shaved Parmesan to the crust with garlic and onion salt. Topped it with a combination of mozzarella and cheddar then laid my eggs down then torn spinach leaves, cilantro, and green onions and bacon on the top. Yum yum
