This Broccoli &amp; Cheese side dish recipe will be a family favorite!

Easy Broccoli and Cheese

broccoli

water

milk

corn starch

cheddar cheese (shredded)

parmesan cheese (grated)

Wash broccoli and place it in a non-stick skillet. Add 1 cup water and bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Cover broccoli and steam 3-5 minutes. Remove &amp; place in a bowl. Cover to keep warm.

Whisk milk and cornstarch together in a bowl. Pour into the skillet and whisk over medium heat until mixture thickens.

Turn heat to low and add cheese. Whisk until smooth.

Season with salt &amp; pepper and serve over broccoli.

This delicious broccoli macaroni and cheese recipe is a fun take on the comfort food staple - and a tasty way to get more green on your plate! It doesn't look like your typical mac and cheese with the green color from broccoli, so I like to break this out around Halloween and call it "toxic waste mac and cheese" for something spooky and fun!

Broccoli Mac and Cheese Recipe

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot, stir in noodles, and cook until almost tender.

Meanwhile, add the eggs, evaporated milk, thawed broccoli, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the jar of your blender. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Drain the pasta, and return to the pot. Set the pot over low heat, and stir in the butter until melted.

Stir in the egg mixture and half of the cheddar.

Continue to cook over low heat, gradually stirring in the remaining cheese, until the mixture is hot and creamy, and the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.

Place broccoli florets in a large microwave-safe dish. Add a splash of water. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 6-8 minutes, or just until crisp-tender. Drain; season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour; cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk; cook, whisking constantly, until sauce thickens and bubbles. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese; cook, stirring until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.

Place steamed broccoli in a serving bowl and top with cheese sauce.

Easy Asparagus Keto Quiche

Pieces of Green Asparagus

Eggs

Yogurt

Parsley

Camembert Cheese

(2 Cups) Shredded Mozzarella

(1 Cup) Almond Meal or flour

Tablespoon (5 grams) Garlic Powder

Prepare fathead dough

Place a pot on the stove and switch on the medium heat

Add Mozzarella

Once the pot is heated, add shredded mozzarella and let it melt completely using spatula to mix from time to time

Add Almonds

When mozzarella has melted fully (check video), add almond meal and garlic powder and knead with spatula until both gets properly incorporated

Add Egg

After you are satisfied with the dough, switch the heat off completely and add egg.

Workout the dough

Knead the egg into the dough to incorporate it fully with spatula

Prepare filling

Mix Eggs, Yogurt and Parsley with a hand held mixer in a bowl.

Add asparagus pieces

Add 2 pre-cut asparagus pieces and mix again with spatula

Heat up oven

Oil your casserole ( I have used 10 inch Quiche casserole) a bit to prevent crust sticking while serving

Spread the dough

With oiled hand or base of a small Mason Jar (oiled as well) spread the Fathead dough throughout the casserole evenly. Do not forget sides as well

Make holes

Using fork, make small holes throughout the whole crust.

Add filling

Spread cheese

Cut all 8 remaining Green asparagus to half and place it on top of the filling. Once done, add the Camembert Cheese throughout the whole dish

Mexican Alambre

Lb lean steak (diced)

Tbsp New Mexico chili powder

Tsp kosher salt (to taste)

Tsp garlic powder

Worcestershire sauce

tomato bouillon

Tsp hot chile powder (optional)

Tsp liquid smoke

Lb bacon (diced)

onion

green bell pepper (diced)

C Oaxaca cheese (shredded)

tortillas (for serving)

In a large bowl or Ziploc bag, combine the diced steak with the chili powder, kosher salt, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, onion powder, tomato bouillon, and optional hot chile powder. Give it a good stir or shake to make sure every piece of steak is thoroughly coated. Pop it in the fridge to marinate for at least an hour, but overnight is even better if you’ve got the time.

Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the diced bacon, spreading it out into an even layer. Fry until crispy, about 7–10 minutes, stirring frequently to ensure even cooking. Once it’s perfectly crispy, transfer the bacon to a paper towel-lined plate, letting the excess grease drip back into the pan.

In the same pan with the bacon grease, add the diced onion and bell peppers. Stir to coat them in that delicious bacon fat, and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until the onions start to soften and turn translucent. Remove the onions and peppers from the pan, letting the excess oil drip off first.

Crank the heat up to high and add the marinated steak to the pan, spreading it out into an even layer. Let it cook undisturbed for 3 minutes to get a nice sear. Then, reduce the heat to medium-high, flip the steak pieces over, and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until there’s no pink left in the meat.

Lower the heat to medium-low and add the cooked bacon, onions, and peppers back into the pan with the steak. Stir everything together until it’s well combined, then spread it out into an even layer.

Sprinkle the shredded Oaxaca cheese generously over the top of the alambre. Cover the pan with a lid and let it stand for about 2 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and gooey. Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite salsa. Dassit!
