Candy Cane Fudge is a delicious Christmas treat! This white chocolate peppermint fudge recipe is sweet and minty, a perfect holiday dessert.

Candy Cane Fudge

almond bark (*See Notes)

condensed milk

peppermint candies (divided *See Notes)

Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Leave some paper hanging over the edges to use when lifting the fudge from the pan.

Place white bark in a microwave-safe bowl. Cook in 30-second intervals, stirring between each,

until the bark melts completely.

To the same bowl, add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; stir to combine. Add in two-thirds of the crushed candy canes, and stir again to combine.

Pour mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle remaining candy canes evenly over the top.

Transfer pan to the fridge for 3 hours, or until fudge is set and can be cut.

dried cranberries

Line the base and sides of a 20cm square cake tin with baking paper.

Break the white chocolate into pieces and place in the bowl.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and cook for 10 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 2.

Add the dried cranberries and pistachios and mix for 20 seconds, reverse, speed 1.

Pour the mixture into the prepared cake tin and place it into the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours (preferably overnight)&nbsp;to set

Remove the fudge from the tin and cut into small pieces

chocolate chips (1 cup)

Line a 9 X 13 pan with parchment paper.

Place white chocolate pieces in a large microwavable bowl along with a tablespoon or so of peanut butter. Microwave on medium (50% power for 1 1/2 minutes stirring every 30 seconds. Be careful not to let this cook too much. Remove before completely melted and stir until all pieces have melted. Add remaining peanut butter and stir. Microwave on medium high for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. Stir well. Spread into prepared pan.

In a separate microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips on medium (50% power) for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove before completely melted and stir to melt remaining pieces. Pour over peanut-butter mixture and swirl with a knife.

Refrigerate until set, about 3 hours. Cut into small triangles.

Looking for an EASY fudge recipe? This chocolate fudge calls for 4 ingredients and makes tall fudge! Guaranteed to be foolproof, we love this Christmas fudge! 

Chocolate Fudge

sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz each

chocolate chips

tsp salt

tsp vanilla extract

Line a square 8 or 9 inch baking dish with aluminum foil. Make sure the foil goes up the sides of the pan because this fudge is tall! Set aside.

In a glass microwave safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips. Stir with a spatula until combined. 

Microwave on full power for 1 minute and 30 seconds. Do not microwave longer, the mixture will melt and come together as you stir. Add in the salt and vanilla extract. Stir until the chocolate chips are melted and combined. Over microwaving can cause the chocolate to scorch and the fudge will be crumbly. 

Transfer the fudge to the pan and spread into an even thickness. Allow the fudge to set on the counter for at least 6 hours, overnight is great too. You can loosely cover the top of the fudge with foil or plastic wrap.

Once the fudge is set, cut into squares. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 1-2 weeks. 

This Christmas Fudge is filled with peppermint and Oreos and is a great holiday treat that is both easy AND yummy. It is kid-friendly and perfect for sharing!!

Prep the 9x9 pan by lining with parchment paper.

Add the white chocolate chips and marshmallow fluff in a big bowl. Set aside.

Melt the sugar, heavy cream, salt and butter on medium heat in a medium pan until it starts to boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Pour the hot stuff into the bowl of chocolate chips and fluff and mix with the mixer until it&#39;s smooth and soft.

Fold in half of the peppermint Crunch Bits and all the crushed Oreos. Pour into your parchment paper lined pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the peppermint crunch bits on the top. Press down a bit. Let set in the fridge for 3-5 hours.

Made with layers of creamy milk chocolate, sweet white chocolate, and Christmas nonpareils, this holiday recipe puts a festive spin on homemade fudge.

Christmas Fudge

condensed milk (divided)

unsalted butter (divided)

vanilla extract (divided)

Christmas nonpareils (or sprinkles)

Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a heat-safe medium bowl and add 1 tablespoon of butter and ¾ cup of the sweetened condensed milk (half a can). Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spread the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Allow that mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set up.

Once the semi-sweet chocolate layer of fudge has been set up, prepare the white chocolate layer. Place the white chocolate chips in a heat-safe medium bowl and add 1 tablespoon of butter and ¾ cup of the sweetened condensed milk (the remaining amount in the can). Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between each interval, until the chocolate is fully melted. Once the chocolate is melted, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Pour the white chocolate layer over the chocolate layer of fudge, using an offset spatula to spread if needed. Immediately sprinkle the nonpareils over the white chocolate layer.

Cover the pan with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate until the fudge is set, 2-3 hours. I find overnight is best, in terms of flavor and firmness of the fudge.

Once set, remove the fudge, using the parchment paper from the pan cut it into 1-inch pieces.

This is so festive and beautiful! We enjoyed this Christmas fudge. It's sweet and delightful!

This is the perfect holiday treat! I used peppermint pieces on top to add to the festive-ness and it was DELISH AND SO CUTE!
