Edible Cookie Dough

all-purpose flour (270 grams)

unsalted butter (room temperature, 230 grams)

light-brown sugar (300 grams, packed)

salt (5 grams)

tsp pure vanilla extract (10 milliliters)

tbsp milk

semisweet chocolate chips (300 grams)

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Spread flour onto a baking sheet and bake at 350F (177C) for 12 minutes.

Partially melt the butter in a microwave. Combine the butter with both sugar and mix until well combined.

Add the salt, vanilla, and milk. Beat until well mixed.

Add flour and mix until just combined.

Stir in the chocolate chips.

Enjoy immediately or chill in the refrigerator to firm up.

This dreamy, creamy Cookie Dough Dip is whipped up in a flash. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, anything really!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip

unsalted butter (113 grams, room temperature (1 stick))

cream cheese (227 grams, room temperature (1 brick))

sugar (28 grams)

brown sugar (53 grams)

pure vanilla extract (4 grams)

salt

semisweet mini chocolate chips (177 grams)

Combine

In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the butter, cream cheese, sugars, vanilla, and salt on low until smooth, about 2-4 minutes.

Fold

Fold in the mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed in the dip.

Serve

Serve with dippers like pretzels, green apples or chocolate graham crackers, waffle cones, or get really wild and try a sweet and salty combo with corn chip dippers!

brown sugar (packed)

sugar

tsp vanilla extract

tsp sea salt (or 1 tsp regular salt)

mini chocolate chips (or other favorite addition)

Tbsp milk (if needed)

Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment. Spread flour evenly on baking sheet and bake for 5-10mins or until the flour reaches 160F. Cool completely, sift if needed.

Heat-Treat the Flour:

Beat butter until creamy, add sugars and beat on high until pale and fluffy (2-3mins). Add vanilla and mix until combined.

Reduce speed to low and slowly add in flour and salt. Mix until well combined. Slowly add in milk, 1 Tbsp at a time if needed, until desired consistency is reached. Fold in chocolate chips or other additions.

Portion with a cookie scoop if desired and chill or freeze. Serve room temperature or chilled.

In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and sea salt. Set aside.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar with a hand-held mixer (or standing mixer) until well combined (about 60 seconds). Be sure to start on low speed and increase it as the ingredients begin to stick together.

Add 3 TBS milk and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until combined.

Add dry ingredients and mix, starting on low speed and increasing to medium-high, until all ingredients are combined. If necessary, add an extra 1 TBS milk to reach your desired consistency.

Add mini chocolate chips and stir until evenly distributed.

(If using a hand-held mixer, the cookie dough may look crumbly. It’s ok! Simply press it together into a ball with your hands and it will stick together nicely)!

vegan butter, softened to room temperature

brown sugar

Add flour to a microwave-safe bowl and spread it into a thin layer. Microwave for 2 minutes, or until piping hot, to kill any harmful bacteria. Let it cool completely.

To a large bowl, add softened vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Using a handheld mixer, cream the butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes, until the butter is fluffy and everything is well combined.

Add the cooked flour, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt, and using the mixer, mix for 10-20 seconds, just until the flour is incorporated. Don&#39;t overmix!

Tbsp Maple Syrup

almond flour

Drain and rinse the chickpeas, then add them to a food processor and pulse for 20 seconds or until your chickpeas are roughly broken down.

Use the food processor to combine all ingredients apart from the chocolate chips (if using) until you get a dough-like texture.
