Moist and tasty country-style BBQ boneless ribs in only 30 minutes.  A little pan-searing, coat with BBQ sauce, and finish in the oven. A great easy dinner recipe.

30 Minute BBQ Boneless Pork Ribs

½ pound country style boneless pork ribs (one slab)

salt and pepper to taste (or 7:2:2 seasoning)

BBQ sauce

Preheat oven to 375° convection. Heat a cast-iron skillet or another oven-safe pan with a teaspoon or two of oil over medium-high heat.

Trim one slab (about 1½ lb) country-style boneless pork ribs of fat cap and any silverskin. Deepen the cuts to a little over half the thickness of the slab. Dry well with a paper towel.

Give at a good sprinkle salt and pepper or 7:2:2 seasoning.

Place in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes per side. Get close to the final color you want when done.

Remove from heat and brush the top (but not the bottom) generously with BBQ sauce of your choice. Be sure to get the slices.

Place in the oven and bake until internal temp of about 145-150°. About 15 minutes for me. Let rest for 5 minutes before cutting.

Sous vide actually means in French “under vacuum”. The French developed this cooking technique to put food in a plastic bag, remove the air and then put the bag in a hot water bath for a long time. This is the ultimate low and slow and makes a pit master cooking at 225F for 6 hours look like a short order cook. To give you an idea of how long sous vide takes. To cook a steak medium it is at least an hour, Chicken thighs take at least two hours to cook. A Brisket up to 48 hours. Yes, two full days. This recipe takes 8.5 hours but do not worry it is simple and your actual work time is about 30 minutes, max.

Lay out a couple of paper towels then place country style ribs on top with plenty of space between. Now season with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Be generous and season both sides of these ribs (actually steaks). Next season the steaks with Go-Go Green Seasoning if you like the flavor of New Mexico green chile like I do.

Put 3 season ribs into a vacuum seal bag and using vacuum sealer remove air and seal. Do that two more time until all 9 ribs are bagged and ready for the sous vide bath.

Now put country style ribs into sous vide bath for 8 hours with the temperature set for 140F.

After the 8 hours remove the ribs from the sous vide cooking bags but be sure to retain all the juices. These juices will be used to make out basting sauce.

Using paper towels make sure the ribs are completely dry. Try not to run the ribs or the seasoning is going to come off so just an easy pat is all you need.

With all the juices you kept from the cooking bags move to a mixing bowl. Add the Garlic Aioli sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Olive Oil Mayo and mix well with a whisp.

By the time you have the sauce ready the ribs will have been on the grill or smoker for about 15 minutes. Now bast the ribs with sauce making sure they are completely covered. When done let the ribs cook for another 15 minutes and then remove.

The ribs are now done and the fact that they really are a steak and not a rib it is best to eat them with a fork and knife.

Preparation

Sous Vide BBQ Country Style Ribs - Keto - LCHF - Learn to BBQ

Perfect for when the weather doesn’t allow for outdoor grilling! These easy oven baked ribs are covered with a homemade rub and covered in a delicious barbecue sauce for the perfect entree. 

BBQ Country Style Ribs

Preheat oven to 250°F and place ribs on a rimmed baking sheet (I line with foil for easy cleanup).

In a small bowl whisk together rib rub ingredients.

Coat the ribs in the seasoning and cover tightly with foil. Cook for 1 ½ to 2 hours or until the ribs just start to feel tender.

Remove from the oven and liberally baste the ribs with bbq sauce. Cook for another 45 mins to 1 hour uncovered until fork tender.

If desired, turn your oven onto the broil setting and let the bbq sauce on the ribs bubble and lightly brown.

Boneless Country Style Pork Ribs are smothered in a smoky sweet marinade and cooked low and slow in the slow cooker until they’re perfectly fork tender.

Rinse and pat dry the pork ribs. Place the ribs in a baking dish. Brush the ribs with olive oil and sprinkle the salt over the ribs. Let the ribs sit at room temperature for about 5 minutes.

Place ribs in the oven to bake. After 15 minutes, remove the ribs, and brush with the barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and bake for another 15 minutes.

After 30 minutes total baking time, the pork ribs should be done. Remove from oven, and check for doneness.

Plate the ribs and serve with a good glass of Merlot! Pass extra BBQ sauce at the table.

Country Style BBQ Ribs in the Oven

Preheat oven to 300°F. Place the ribs on a large baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper. Cover the pan tightly with foil.

Bake for 2 hours. Carefully remove the pan from the oven and use caution opening the foil - there will be very hot liquids in the bottom of the pan and it will be steaming.

Check the ribs with a fork or set of tongs, they should be tender, and able to be pulled apart. If the ribs are still tough, tightly cover again and return the pan to the oven for an additional 30 minutes.

Remove from the oven and transfer to a dry baking sheet. (If you don&#39;t have a second baking sheet, transfer to a baking dish, drain the liquids from the sheet pan, and return the ribs to the same baking sheet.)

Coat the mostly-cooked ribs with barbecue sauce and return to the oven. Bake for 20-30 minutes, turn the ribs over, and brush with additional barbecue sauce. Bake an additional 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and set the oven temperature to BROIL. Turn the ribs once more, brush generously with additional barbecue sauce. Return to the oven and broil for about 5 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.

Remove from oven and let rest 5-10 minutes. Serve with additional barbecue sauce.
