I made this tonight. It was so delicious. Only i used two chicken breasts. And added a touch more half & half.  We loved the dish and it didnt even matter that there wasnt any pasta. I want to use zucchini in place of all my pasta dishes now.

Made this a few times now. Very good dish. If you use a spiralizer and the "noodles" seem to have a bit more body.

I have never been one for noodle substitutions because they never tasted good to me in the past, but this is GREAT. The sauce is so flavorful and delicious that you can't even taste that it's zucchini instead of noodle (and I like zucchini, so it wouldn't be a problem for me if I could taste it). SO GOOD. I did 1 cup of half and half, 3/4 cup parmesan cheese, and 4 garlic cloves. I've never made a better sauce!

Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Right before draining, reserve a cup of starchy pasta water.

Meanwhile, in a pan heat a drizzle of olive oil over a medium heat and fry garlic and ham for a few minutes until lightly browned.

Melt in 2 tbsp butter, then add about 1/3 cup of starchy pasta water. Quickly whisk in a circular motion to create an emulsion and combine the starchy water with the butter. The water should go cloudy and thicken slightly.

Turn heat down slightly then stir in cream cheese and add parmesan. Season to taste then add spaghetti. Toss through the sauce, using your starchy water to thin out the sauce if needed. Serve with extra helpings of parmesan. Enjoy!

10-MINUTE CREAM CHEESE PASTA

lb (225 grams) pasta (spaghetti, penne, fusilli...)

(160 grams) cream cheese*

(30 grams) grated parmesan,

Tbsp olive oil,

garlic

(120 ml) cooking water, plus more if needed

salt and pepper,

1/4-1/2 tsp chili flakes,

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Right before draining, reserve a cup of starchy pasta water.

Meanwhile, in a large skillet warm 1 Tbsp of olive oil and gently fry the garlic (plus a good pinch of chili flakes if you like) for 2-3 minutes. Use a low flame, do not let the garlic burn.

Then stir the cream cheese and about 1/2 cup of starchy pasta water. Stir to combine oil, cream cheese, water and create a nice and creamy emulsion. Add parmesan cheese and stir well. Your pasta sauce is ready.

Drain and add your pasta to the skillet. Stir well to evenly coat the pasta in the sauce, add more cooking water as needed for a smooth and creamy consistency.

Serve immediately with a drizzle of good olive oil or extra virgin olive oil, freshly grated parmesan, and freshly ground black pepper (if you don&#x27;t use chili flakes). Enjoy!

400 gms uncooked pasta

spinach (fresh/ frozen)

sweet corn kernels (canned/ frozen)

chili flakes (adjust

Cook pasta al dente, as per instructions given on its packet. Before draining, store 2 cups of pasta water.

Put cream cheese in a bowl, add pasta water (around 1/4 cup at a time), and whisk until a smooth creamy mixture gets ready.

Heat oil in a pan. Add minced garlic and saute for about a minute.

Add corn kernel, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Saute until the corn gets cooked.

Next, add spinach and saute until the leaves get wilted.

Add cream cheese mix and cook while continuously stirring for around 2 minutes or until a nice smooth creamy sauce gets formed.

Finally, add cooked pasta and mix until everything gets combined. Add more pasta water or cream/ milk if the sauce is too thick.

Garnish with some freshly ground pepper and chili flakes. Enjoy!

Add the broccoli florets to a bowl and 2 cups of boiling water. Cover the bowl, let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes, and drain the water.

Blanch the broccoli florets.

Cook the pasta as per the package instructions. For this Gemelli pasta, I used 7 cups of water with 2 tsps of salt. When the water comes to a rolling boil, add the pasta and cook until it is aldente. It took me approx 10 minutes.

Cook the pasta

Reserve 3/4 to 1 cup of pasta water and drain the remaining water. Immediately transfer the drained pasta to the sauce pot, place the cream cheese on top, and add the broccoli florets. Cover the sauce pot and let it sit for 5 minutes - no need to turn the heat on. This step is very important. Do not let the pasta cool. The cream cheese block softens quickly when the pasta is hot.

Drain the pasta and add cream cheese.

After five minutes, turn the heat on. Over medium-low heat, add the pasta water and mix the pasta and cheese nicely. The cream cheese will be soft, and you can mix it easily.

Add the honey mustard sauce, pepper, and the  21 seasoning salute or Italian seasoning. If needed, add the milk and mix well. I did not add any extra milk.

Mix well and serve hot immediately.

200 g Petit pois (Frozen)

250 g Cream cheese (Any kind)

Put the pasta into boil in a large pan of salted water.

While the pasta is cooking, heat the oil in a large saucepan or deep frying pan, and fry the bacon, onion, garlic and courgettes until softened and starting to brown. (This will take about the same time as the pasta.)

3-4 Minutes before the pasta is due to finish cooking, add in the peas with the boiling pasta to cook in the same water.

Take the pan with the fried vegetables. Stir in the cream cheese, salt and pepper, parmesan and a couple of ladles of the water from the pasta pan. Stir until smooth.

Drain the pasta and add to the vegetables and sauce.

Loved the easy of this recipe. I added chicken mushrooms and sundried tomatoes and every bowl was licked clean! No left overs for lunch unfortunately.

I adapted this for two, but it didn’t look much in the pan, so I threw some prawns in to bulk it up - masterstroke! Delicious.
