Slice eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks; place in small bowl. Mash yolks with fork or potato masher.

Heat oil in large saucepan. Add onions, celery and carrots; cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are slightly softened. Add Garlic Paste; cook 1 minute; stirring frequently.

Add tomatoes, tomato paste, Lightly Dried Basil and broth. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes. Remove from heat.

Working in batches, transfer tomato mixture to blender container. Cover, removing center part of lid to allow steam to escape. Blend on medium speed until smooth. Return to saucepan on low heat.

Stir in cream; cook just until heated through. Serve warm, garnished with additional lightly dried basil, if desired.

Place an oven rack in both the middle and lower positions of the oven. Place a large baking pan on the lower rack. Carefully pour boiling water into the pan. Preheat oven to 300°F. Spray wells of a 12-cup muffin pan with no-stick cooking spray. Set aside.

Place eggs, cottage cheese, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a blender container. Cover. Blend on high speed until well blended and smooth. Transfer egg mixture to a medium bowl. Stir in cheese.

Pour egg mixture into muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full. Sprinkle bacon evenly into each cup, pressing gently to sink into the egg mixture.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until egg bites begin to pull away from the sides of the muffin cups. Cool in pans for about 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook ground beef, onion, and bell pepper in a large skillet on medium heat for 5 minutes or until cooked through, stirring frequently. Drain if needed. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Arrange tortilla chips in a single layer on 2 lightly greased, foil-lined shallow baking pans, overlapping chips if needed to cover the bottom completely. Top each pan of chips with half of the meat mixture and the cheese.

Preheat oven to 350°F. For the Filling, mix peaches and lemon juice in large bowl. Mix sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and ginger in small bowl. Sprinkle over fruit; toss to coat well. Spoon into 2-quart baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

For the Biscuit Topping, mix baking mix, 3 tablespoons of the sugar, 3/4 teaspoon of the cinnamon and ginger in large bowl. Add milk and vanilla; mix well. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto fruit mixture. Mix remaining 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over topping.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until fruit is bubbly and topping is browned. Serve warm with ice cream or Vanilla Whipped Cream (link), if desired.
