Hands up if you&#039;re hungry for tacos! This steak taco recipes uses thin cut chuck steaks in an easy marinade for a totally quick and delicious grilled meal! Now all you have to do is figure out the toppings.

Quick and Easy Steak Tacos

lbs thin cut chuck steaks

Head Country All-Purpose Marinade

Limes (juiced)

Cilantro (chopped)

Corn tortillas

Cotija

Red onion

Sweet peppers

Lime

Queso Fresco

Cilantro

In a large resealable bag, mix the Head Country All-Purpose Marinade with the lime juice.

Add the beef and cilantro.

Seal the bag and using your hands, move everything around to evenly coat the chuck steaks.

Place in the fridge for 6 hours to marinate.

Make the Marinade

When ready to grill, preheat your grill for direct heat around 400-450F degrees.

Remove the beef from the marinade, discard the marinade, and place the beef directly on the grill. The liquid from the marinade will cause flareups that should quickly subside; use long grilling tongs and caution.

Grill the chuck steaks, rotating and maneuvering as needed to evenly cook all of the portions.

Grill to desired doneness.

Remove the steaks from the grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Grill the beef

Chop the steaks into thin strips and spritz with fresh lime juice.

Set up a taco bar with toasted corn tortillas and all of your desired toppings. Invite everyone to build their own tacos.

Assemble the tacos

Flank Steak Tacos are perfect for those nights when you want a flavorful, protein-packed meal without a lot of fuss. Citrus flavors and garlic, plus a little heat and a little sweet all add up to a winning recipe!

chopped cilantro, avocado, onions, and lime wedges (for serving)

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, chili powder, and salt. Pour into a large ziploc bag.

Add steak to the bag, press out all of the excess air, and seal the bag.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Use tongs to transfer steak to a preheated grill or grill pan, discard excess marinade.

Grill for about 8 minutes on each side or until cooked to desired doneness. (I like mine just a little pink in the middle for best flavor and ultra juicy/tender steak).

Assemble tacos with steak in the tortillas, topped with your favorite garnishes like avocado, onions, cilantro, salsa, and fresh squeezed lime juice.

white corn tortillas

tbsp sou cream

Heat the skillet on medium to low heat.

Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with cracked black pepper.&nbsp;

Slowly cook the filets until they have reached your desired specifications. We like to cook ours to be medium done, and that averages about 7 minutes on each side.&nbsp;

Remove the filets from the heat and slice thinly and lengthwise.&nbsp;

Use a clean skillet over medium heat and warm up the corn tortillas.&nbsp;

Top the tortillas with steak, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded cheese.&nbsp;
