Soda Water

Add all ingredients except soda water into a large pitcher and stir to combine

 Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 3-24 hours

 Pour Sangria and fruit into glasses with ice

Sweet, tart, and subtly spiced with cinnamon, this apple cider sangria is, dare I say it, absolutely perfect. It's an easy large batch recipe for a cocktail party with the added benefit that you have to make it in advance - and it's better the longer it sits. Take an extra minute or two to serve this white sangria with a cinnamon sugar rim for an extra special touch.&nbsp;

Apple Cider Sangria

tart apple,

sweet apple,

cranberries (or pomegranate seeds)

cinnamon (plus more for garnish)

c simple syrup (or 1/4 cup white sugar)

c unsweetened apple cider

c apple brandy

c triple sec

dry white wine,

cinnamon sugar (for garnish)

Muddle fruit.

Place the diced apples, fresh cranberries, and cinnamon stick into a large pitcher. Add the simple syrup or sugar, and gently muddle with a wood spoon until the fruit is slightly bruised.

Add spirts and wine.

Add apple cider, apple brandy, triple sec, and wine to the pitcher. Stir to combine.

Chill.

Place the pitcher into the fridge to chill and marinate for at least 4 hours, but 24 hours is best. 

Serve.

To serve, fill a glass with ice, and pour sangria over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if desired.

This Autumn Harvest Fall Sangria recipe is made with red wine and seasonal fruit and spices and is a delicious cocktail for celebrating the glory of autumn!

Autumn Harvest Fall Sangria

light-bodied Spanish wine ((I used Rioja.))

apple cider

pear (or apple brandy)

cinnamon

Honeycrisp apple (cored and chopped)

pear

orange

pomegranate (about 1/2 cup)

cinnamon sticks

In a large pitcher, combine the wine, apple cider, brandy, cinnamon simple syrup, and fruits.&nbsp;

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight prior to serving.

The best fall drink recipe is a single serving fall sangria infused with brandy, triple sec, orange juice, and a hint of cinnamon. Completely irresistible!

Fall Sangria For One

dry red wine

orange juice

brandy

triple sec

agave nectar

Optional garnishes: orange slices, apple slices, pear slices, cinnamon stick, fresh cranberries, fresh rosemary sprig.

In a wine glass, add the red wine, orange juice, brandy, triple sec, and agave. Stir well.

Pour in the ice and add a few slices of fruit, fresh cranberries, and a cinnamon stick.

Enjoy immediately.

Featuring rosé, cranberries, tart apples, and just a touch of spice, this fall sangria is both refreshing and flavorful. 

Fall Cranberry Sangria Recipe

100% cranberry juice (unsweetened)

sugar

ginger

Granny Smith apples, diced, divided

fresh cranberries, halved, divided

(750 mL) dry rosé wine

vodka

Combine cranberry juice, sugar, ginger and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring juice mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally, and cook about 1 minute until sugar has dissolved. Off heat, stir in 1 diced apple and ½ cup cranberries; let cool completely. 

Strain juice mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher. Add wine, vodka, remaining diced apple and remaining ½ cup halved cranberries; stir to combine. 

Chill sangria until ready to serve. Serve cranberry sangria over ice.

I made this last weekend and it was a HUGE hit at my happy hour. It was freezing here and it was perfectly cozy and refreshing at the same time.

Add the chopped apples to a large (1 gallon or larger) pitcher or drink dispenser.  Pour in the vodka, caramel sauce, white wine, and apple cider.  Place in fridge for 2-4 hours.   

Right before serving, stir and add cinnamon sticks and club soda.

Serve over ice with additional cinnamon stick for garnish.

If you can’t find pear vodka, add 1/4 cup of pear nectar (available in the international section of the grocery store)

The caramel will settle to the bottom of the container as it cools, but it still adds flavor to the whole drink.
