Shrimp Scampi Foil Packets are so fast and easy, perfect to make all summer long!

Shrimp Scampi Foil Packets

Reynolds Wrap Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil

garlic (2 grated, 2 thinly sliced)

salt

extra virgin olive oil

shrimp (slightly over 1 pound)

dry white wine

lemon juice

red pepper flakes

unsalted butter (melted)

parsley

wheat bread

lemon

Whisk the grated garlic, salt, oil in a medium bowl. Add shrimp, toss to coat, and chill, uncovered, at least 30 minutes and up to 1 hour.

Make foil packets. Tear off 4 16” sheets of Reynolds Wrap Heavy-Duty Aluminum Foil.

Place 10 shrimp on the center of each foil sheet. Top each with remaining garlic slices, 1 tablespoon wine, lemon juice, pinch red pepper flakes and 1/2 tablespoon melted butter over each.

Bring up the long sides of the foil, so the ends meet over the food. Double fold the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Double fold the two short ends to seal the packet

Grill over high heat, 8 minutes. Use gloves or tongs to remove and carefully open. Top with chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

(To bake in the oven, preheat oven to 425F and cook about 10 minutes.)

Lemon-Parsley Potatoes in Foil

baby red or yukon gold potatoes (quartered)

olive oil

kosher salt (to taste)

garlic powder

black pepper (to taste)

lemon lemon (1/2 teaspoon)

finely chopped flat leaf parsley

Reynolds Wrap heavy duty foil (18 x 18 inches)

In a large bowl toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt and black pepper to taste, toss to evenly coat.

Transfer to a large sheet, 18 x 18 inches of heavy duty foil on a flat surface.

Place the ingredients in the center of the foil. Form a packet by bringing the short ends of the foil together and fold twice to seal leaving room for steam.

Grill, covered over medium heat 30 minutes, shaking the bag every 10 minutes so the bottom of the potatoes don’t burn.  Open carefully and top with 1/8 teaspoon salt, lemon zest and parsley.

To Grill:

Bake in a preheat 400F oven 35 to 40 minutes, shaking the halfway. Open carefully and top with 1/8 teaspoon salt, lemon zest and parsley.

In the Oven

These easy 5-ingredient BBQ Chicken Foil Packets can be baked in the oven or made on the grill! An easy meal-in-one and the best part, easy cleanup!

BBQ Chicken Foil Packets

chicken drumsticks and thighs (on the bone, skinned)

smoked paprika

mixed vegetables

BBQ sauce (divided)

Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil (12 x 18 inches)

Preheat grill to medium-high heat or the oven to 425F.

Cut four large 18 x 12-inch pieces of foil and layout on a flat surface.

Place 3/4 cup frozen mixed veggies in the center of each piece of foil.

Season chicken with salt, garlic powder and paprika. Brush both sides of the chicken with 1/4 cup BBQ sauce and place 2 pieces (1 drumstick, 1 thigh) in the middle of each foil packet.

Bring up the long sides of the foil, so the ends meet over the food. Double fold the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Double fold the two short ends to seal the packet tight, so no steam escapes.

Place foil packets onto a preheated grill over medium-high heat and grill, covered over indirect heat for 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and chicken reaches an internal temp of 160F when tested with an instant read thermometer.

Remove from the grill and carefully open the foil packets. Brush chicken with reserved BBQ sauce and cook uncovered 5 minutes more. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

To Grill the Foil Packets:

Preheat oven to 425F.

Place foil packets on a baking sheet and bake 50 to 55 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tender and reaches an internal temp of 160F with an instant read thermometer.

Remove baking sheet from oven. Carefully open foil and brush the chicken with remaining BBQ sauce, bake 5 minutes uncovered and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Bake Foil Packets in the Oven:

Grilled Salmon in Foil

Mix Marinade Mix, oil, water and vinegar in small bowl.

Divide asparagus evenly among foil sheets. Brush with some of the marinade mixture. Place salmon in center of foil packets moving the asparagus to either side. Brush salmon generously with remaining marinade mixture. Discard any remaining marinade mixture. Bring up sides of foil; double fold top and ends to tightly seal packet.

Grill over medium-high heat 10 minutes or until asparagus is tender and salmon is cooked through. Garnish with lemon wedges before serving, if desired.

Test Kitchen Tip: To prepare in the oven, make packets as directed and roast 20 minutes in preheated 375°F oven.

These savory steak and potatoes foil packets are made with juicy sirloin steak bites and tender potatoes seasoned with garlic and herbs. It&#39;s an easy family dinner that&#39;s perfect for grilling, camping, or the oven!

Steak and Potato Foil Packets

mini Yukon gold potatoes,

garlic, (minced)

thyme

rosemary

pepper

In a large bowl combine steak, potatoes, oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt and pepper.

Cover and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Take out from fridge and set on the counter for 15 minutes.

Cut out 4 large foil sheets, about 12x12 in size.

Divide steak and potatoes between the sheets of foil.

Preheat grill to HIGH.

Wrap foils tightly around the steak and potatoes and seal it all together.

Transfer foil packets to the grill and grill over high heat for 10 minutes PER SIDE.

TO GRILL

Preheat oven to 450˚F.

Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until internal temperature of steak reaches about 135˚F and potatoes are tender.

If you want a nice char on the steak, open up the packets and pop them under the broiler for a couple minutes, then serve.

Spicy Sausage and Brussel Sprouts Foil Packets

Brussels sprouts (halved)

Thyme (pronounced like 'time') is an evergreen herb with culinary, medicinal, and ornamental uses. The most common variety is Thymus vulgaris. Thyme is of the genus Thymus of the mint family (Lamiaceae), and a relative of the oregano genus Origanum.

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a large bowl combine the sausage, brussels sprouts, butternut, thyme, olive oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.

Make foil packets. Tear off 2 18” sheets of Reynolds Wrap Heavy-Duty or Non-Stick Aluminum Foil.

Divide the sausage and vegetables, about 2 cups each between 4 foil packets.

Bring up the long sides of the foil, so the ends meet over the food.

Double fold the ends, leaving room for heat to circulate inside. Double fold the two short ends to seal the packet tight, so no steam escapes.

Bake 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
