white vinegar

Mix all ingredients except salad oil in a blender.  

With the motor running, drizzle the salad oil in a steady stream. Blend until emulsified.

Season with salt and pepper if desired.

Catalina Dressing Recipe

red wine vinegar

honey

onion powder

celery seed

Worcestershire sauce

garlic powder

grapeseed oil oil

Combine ketchup, vinegar, honey, paprika, onion powder, celery seed, worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder in a blender or a container that works with a handheld blender.

Blend until combined.

With the blender on, drizzle in the grapeseed oil until it comes together in an emulsion.

Use immediately or store in a covered container in the fridge for up to two weeks.

Homemade French vinaigrette is better than anything in a bottle and incredibly easy to make! Pair with salads, veggies, and as a marinade for meat.

shallot (minced)

champagne vinegar

Dijon mustard (grainy

Piment d'Espelette (optional)

extra virgin olive oil

sunflower oil

chives (minced)

tarragon (minced)

flat leaf parsley (minced)

salt and pepper (to taste)

Add the minced shallot and champagne vinegar to a bowl or large mason jar and allow the mixture to sit for 5 minutes.

Add the Dijon mustard, honey, Piment d&#39;Espelette (if using), the olive oil and avocado oil and whisk until combined.

Add the minced chives, tarragon, and parsley, and mix once more.

Taste test and add salt and pepper to taste, then serve with your favorite salad greens and enjoy!

The vinaigrette is an emulsion of vinegar or lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper, to which mustard and/or aromatic herbs can be added.

Depending on taste, add 1 crushed garlic clove, 1 finely chopped shallot, 1 chopped scallion or fine herbs (chives, tarragon, chervil, parsley, etc.).
