This quick and tasty Garlic Pizza is the cheesiest, most delicious pizza you’ll make! Use my simple pizza dough recipe, cover with an herb roasted garlic butter and gooey cheese, bake, and you’ve got an incredible pizza in just 10 minutes!

Garlic Pizza

Tbsp unsalted butter ((melted))

Italian seasoning

mozzarella cheese ((grated))

Monterey jack cheese ((grated))

Parmesan cheese ((grated))

cheddar cheese ((grated))

Dough

Prepare your pizza dough (if making your own).

Garlic

If opting for roasted garlic you will need this complete before starting the pizza. See my instructions for roasting garlic.

Preheat

Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C) or the highest level your oven can go.

Sprinkle

Use a small amount of flour or cornmeal to sprinkle on the pizza stone or baking sheet, whichever you are using. If using a pizza peel you will need to dust it with a little flour as well.

Stone

If using a pizza stone (and pizza peel) place the stone in the center of the oven.

Combine

In a small bowl combine the roasted garlic with 4 tablespoons of melted butter and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Mix very well. *I usually opt for a quick pulse or two in a food processor or use a mortar and pestle to break up the roasted garlic.

Stretch

Gently stretch your dough to a 12 to 16 inch circle on your baking pan and generously apply the garlic butter mixture all over the dough.

Cheese

Sprinkle the mozzarella, Monterey jack, Parmesan, and cheddar cheeses.

Bake

Bake in the oven on the center rack at 500°F (260°C) for 8-12 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Serve

Remove from the oven when done. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Preheat the oven and a baking sheet to 475°F / 250°C for 20-30 minutes. If you are baking with a pizza steel, preheat for 45-60 minutes.

If you have a pizza peel, sprinkle it generously with semolina and set it aside. Otherwise, sprinkle a piece of parchment paper with semolina and set aside.

Combine the olive oil and garlic and set aside.

Prepare the pizza dough according to the instructions, divide it in half, and shape it to your liking. Transfer the dough to the prepared pizza peel or baking paper and sprinkle the parmesan evenly on top.

Transfer the crust to the oven and bake until it is baked through. The baking time depends on which dough you choose, how thick it is, and what equipment you use. If you use and follow my pizza dough recipe, bake for 5-7 minutes when using a pizza steel and for 8-12 minutes when using a baking sheet. If you use storebought pizza dough, follow the directions on the package.

Remove the pizza crust from the oven, brush the garlic oil with the garlic pieces on top, and serve.

Preheat oven to 250°C / 480°F (230°C fan). Allow time to get it nice and hot!!

Garlic infused oil - Mix olive oil and garlic in a small bowl. Set aside to infuse with flavour for 10 minutes.

Pizza base - Make and roll out chosen pizza base, stretch onto pan.

Top - Spread oil (and all garlic) onto the base, leaving the crust baked. Sprinkle with salt, parmesan then mozzarella. (If using no-yeast base, spray/brush exposed crust with olive oil.)

Bake 8 minutes, turning after 4 minutes, or until the the cheese has golden spots. Cut and eat, stat!

With a thin and crispy crust, melted mozzarella, and the intense taste of garlic, this Garlic Pizza is sure to satisfy your cravings. Perfect for a family dinner or a party appetizer, this recipe is simple to make and guaranteed to impress.

Garlic Pizza Recipe

(350 milliliterss) warm water

(7 grams) active dry yeast

honey

(500 grams) bread flour

extra virgin olive oil

salt

semolina flour

garlic ((10-12 cloves) minced or finely chopped)

(115 grams) salted butter

rosemary

parsley

(450 grams) mozzarella (sliced)

Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (Parmesan cheese)

Mix together warm water, active dry yeast and honey. Set aside 10 minutes or until bubbles form.

Using the dough hook on the stand mixer (or use your hands), add flour to the water/yeast mixture and combine until the mixture comes together. Stand for 5 minutes.

Add oil and salt and continue to mix for 5 minutes (or 7 minutes by hand) until smooth and elastic. The dough should just stick to the bottom of the bowl but not the sides. If it sticks to the sides, it's too wet - a little extra flour. If it lifts from the bottom of the bowl, it's too dry - add a little water.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise for 1½ - 2 hours or until doubled.

Divide into 4 portions and roll into a ball tucking the edges underneath to pull the surface tight. Set the dough balls on a large baking sheet that has been sprinkled with semolina flour.

Allow to rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 480ºF/250ºC.

In the meantime, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter with the minced garlic. Allow the butter to gently cook the garlic for 1 or 2 minutes. Don&#39;t let the garlic color at all. Set it aside until needed.

After 30 minutes of rising, take one ball at a time and press it out with your fingertips. Then stretch the dough into a circle about 8-9 inches (20-23cm), keeping the edge thicker. You may need to add a little sprinkle of flour to prevent sticking.

Place the pizza dough on a pizza tray that has been sprinkled with semolina flour. Set aside for 15 minutes. Repeat with remaining dough balls.

Brush the pizzas with garlic butter mixture then sprinkle with chopped rosemary.

Divide mozzarella slices evenly over the pizzas and sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (Parmesan cheese).

Bake the pizzas for 7-8 minutes (a little longer if you want crispy pizzas) until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges are puffed and golden.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with flaky salt and cut into wedges. Serve immediately.
