⅛ oz Cannabis flowers

½ tsp Sunflower/ Soy Lecithin

(Homemade!) Paleo & Keto CBD Gummies

CBD tincture (I used 5 ml)

gummy bear silicon molds (makes 150)

cannabis leaf silicon mold (makes 20)

Make a batch of our keto gummies, whisking in your CBD oil at the very end (see note below). &nbsp;

Pour into a bowl right away and, using the gum drop, begin to fill up the silicon molds.&nbsp;

Allow the molds to come to room temperature, about 15 minutes, and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set. Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 weeks.&nbsp;

Note: The hardest thing will be to know how much CBD oil to add, as the dose will vary from person to person (and oil to oil). So it's crucial that you first test what dose works for you. For instance, my low dose is 0.25 ml (1/4 of a pipette). So with the leaf molds I got 20 leaf gummies, so I multiplied my standard dose by 20 ( 0.25 ml x 20 = 5 ml = 5 full pipettes).&nbsp;

raspberries

gelatin ((0.25 oz per packet))

liquid stevia

cocoa powder

Add fresh raspberries to boiling water in a bowl. Mash raspberries until all of the juice is released.

Using a fine mesh strainer, filter liquid from seeds. Set seeds aside.

Check temperature of raspberry liquid. If still warm, add in gelatin a little at a time. Stir well until all clumps are gone.

Add in stevia to taste.

For Raspberry Gummy Mixture

Using a heart-shaped gummy bear mold with a dropper, add the raspberry mixture to the molds. If you want some gummies to have both raspberry and chocolate, fill the molds up halfway.

Place molds into fridge.

To Assemble Gummy Bears

To a second bowl, add in more boiling water, and slowly stir in gelatin.

Add in cocoa powder and liquid stevia. Stir until well-combined.

Remove gummy bear molds from fridge and check that raspberry mixture has hardened.

Add chocolate mixture to the molds, and return to the fridge until fully hardened, approximately 15-20 minutes.

Remove from molds and add to an air-tight container. Store in fridge for 4-5 days.

For Chocolate Gummy Mixture

Combine Jell-o, gelatin and citric acid (if using)

Spray some cooking spray over the candy molds

Pour the candy mixture into the candy molds

Tablespoons Unflavored Gelatin

Pour the beer into a saucepan over medium heat.

Add the sugar and gelatin, begin stirring immediately. Stir continuously until sugar and gelatin are completely dissolved. (If you want to keep the maximum amount of alcohol in, make sure the liquid stays well under 170°).

Pour the beer gelatin mixture over your gummy bear molds (you will need 3). Use a spatula to fill all the bear cavities and scrape off the excess.

Pop each beer bear out of the mold and enjoy! (Keep leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator)

These delicious Homemade Gummy Bears are easy and fun to make with JELLO!

Homemade Gummy Bears

Box Flavored Jello ((A typical box is 3 ounces))

Packets Unflavored Gelatin

Cup Cornstarch

Dust the gummy bear molds with a light coat of cornstarch. Set aside.

In a saucepan place flavored jello and 2 packets of unflavored gelatin.

Add ⅓ cup water.

Mix together and let sit for 5 minutes.

Place the pan on low-medium heat and whisk continuously until the powder is dissolved. This will take about another 5 minutes.

Once dissolved use a dropper to place in molds.

Allow gummies to sit for 5-10 minutes to cool. Lightly coat the backs of the gummy bears with cornstarch.

Place the molds in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to fully cool and set.

In a shallow bowl, add 1 tbsp cornstarch. Pop the gummy bears out of the molds and into the bowl.

Lightly toss to coat the gummies evenly. The cornstarch will prevent the gummies from sticking together.

Store in an airtight container.

Homemade 5 Ingredient Sour Fruit Gummies

(13 ounce) strawberry, blackberry, or blueberry jam

1. In a saucepan, mix the jam with the lemon juice/water. Sprinkle the pectin and collagen on top, then whisk into the fruit. 2. Place the pan on the stove over medium heat. Bring to a bubble and cook 12-15 minutes, until the pectin has dissolved and you have a very smooth, syrupy liquid that is starting to look jam like.3. Pour the mixture into the gummy bear molds or into a 9x9 parchment-lined baking dish. Refrigerate for 2 hours until completely set. 4. Pop the gummy bears out of the molds (or cut into small squares). Place the sugar in a bowl and toss the gummy bears in the sugar. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

So good!!! I had jokingly said a couple of weeks ago that since finding this site the only food I don’t make myself is sour gummies!  These are so cute and so yummy!  Now I just need smaller molds. I used what I had for my first attempt.

I was so excited to make these for my grandsons tonight, but they unfortunately did not turn out very well.   I followed the directions, but I did keep it on the stove an extra 2 to 3 minutes. I also left them in the refrigerator for four hours and when I just pulled them out to remove them from the mold, they are very mushy. 
Not sure what I did wrong, but I am so disappointed.

I was a bit skeptical making these after reading the reviews but they ended up turning out great and were fun to make.  I would suggest for those of you that had gummies that didn’t set to cook it longer. I cooked my mixture closer to 20 minutes and I found the mixture hardening as I was putting it into the mold, so next time I will cook it a bit shorter.  I appreciate a healthier version of a gummy that my kids can enjoy 🙂

I tried this one already when it first came out because I really wanted to try homemade gummies, but it didn't set for me. The taste was ok, but the end consistency was still jelly. Tieghan's recipe worked though, no problems. I followed both recipes as written (because I am not a skilled candy maker, so I don't really know how to improvise.) Not sure if my altitude is an issue with either. I'm at a pretty low elevation, probably around sea level.🤷‍♀️

Pretty good. I tried both the gelatin and the pectin versions. I personally like the gelatin texture better. Also, don't use water or you won't get any sour flavor. You need the lemon juice! 

I have had no issues with setting, but I did accidentally use twice the amount of pectin needed, oops. I followed the gelatin amount exactly. I cooked my mixtures until they were viscous, almost like caramel.

My only beef is that I don't like the taste of jam, and it does come through in this. If you don't like the flavor of eating about a teaspoon of the jam you're using, find a different jam or skip out on this recipe and find a juice one.
