Low carb Protein Cookie Dough Bread

eggs

almond flour (30 grams)

Tbsp nut butter of choice (125 grams)

vanilla grams*Has

tsp baking soda

chocolate chips

almond milk

Line a brownie pan and preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius

Combine all ingredients above in a bowl, depending on the brand of protein powder used, you may need to add a sticky sweetener of choice (mine is sweet enough so i only add around 1 tbsp, but you'll have to decide for yourself).

Pour into the lined brownie pan, and bake for 15-20 mins or until just cooked through.

Take out and allow to cool, before slicing into 15 squares.

Store in an airtight container in fridge or freezer!

No Bake Peanut Butter Breakfast Cheesecakes

low fat cottage cheese (250 grams)

tbsp low fat plain yoghurt

water

tbsp gelatine powder

peanut butter OR peanut butter

tsp vanilla extract

Place gelatine in the 1/2 cup almond milk and let it sit for 5 mins

Place all ingredients for filling (all the ingredients except for almond milk &amp; hot water) in a bowl and combine well. Pour into a high speed blender.

Pour 1/2 a cup of boiling water over the almond milk gelatine mixture and stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into the blender along with the cheesecake mixture and blend until combined well.

Pour into the jar or glass and refrigerate until it sets ) roughly 1-2 hours.

Store in fridge, best served chilled.

¼ tsp xantham gum

Place all ingredients for the filling in a high speed blender until thick and creamy. Divide the mixture into two, and pour into two bowls or jars.

Melt your chocolate and almond milk for 20-30 seconds in the microwave and stir until it forms a drippy chocolate sauce.

Pour on top of each jar! Enjoy immediately, or you can allow it to further set in the fridge for 1 hour

½ tsp baking powder

Grease a microwave safe bowl or mug of choice with some oil spray. Add all ingredients above and combine well. You will have to adjust the almond milk according to your protein powder brand. You&#039;re looking for a slightly runnier texture.

Microwave for 1-2 minutes in 30 second intervals. Middle should still be a little gooey.

Place all ingredients for filling in a bowl and combine well. Pour into a high speed blender and blend until smooth.

Line 4 jars with crushed corn flakes (8g per jar). Pour in your cheesecake mixture over your cornflakes (don&#039;t worry if the mixture combines with the corn flakes and makes it float up)

Allow to set in the fridge for a minimum of 2-3 hours. Store in fridge, best served chilled.

High Protein Healthy Egg Scramble with Quinoa

eggs, slightly beaten

Tbsp. shredded mozzarella (or Parmesan)

spinach,

Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

garlic, chopped

quinoa

salt and pepper

Tbsp. microgreens basil (optional)

Over medium heat, heat olive oil and garlic in small frying pan.

Whisk eggs in a small bowl and pour into the pan.

Once eggs starts to cook add in the spinach, cheese and quinoa. Mix together. Season with salt and pepper. Garish with more cheese and any fresh herbs you prefer.

Healthy Egg Scramble

I was curious about using quinoa in an egg scramble and found your recipe. I followed exactly and added fresh dill and chives. This was SO DELICIOUS!  Will definitely be making this again and again. Thank you!!

I absolutely love it! I was looking for a healthy breakfast option to use some leftover quinoa and this is perfect! I will be eating it often! I didn't have spinach so used some kale instead and it is still delicious

I didn't have any quinoa on hand, so I made it without, and it was still yummy!

I went with provolone, more of a blend than a melt, garlic cheat a shake, bell, onion, spinach and had made the quinoa with a shake of cayenne.  One board, one knife, one pan and a tool to mix.  Whoa, nice and straight forward way easy, and clean up, barely noticed it.  We all seen The Big Bang.    ROCK SHOW!
The only measuring was what came out of the shells.  Oh did I mention, good stuff!

I'm so glad I found this recipe. I've always loved breakfast , finding this recipe even makes it better.

I never would have thought to put quinoa in  scrambled eggs.  The high protein quinoa egg scramble taste wonderful and fills you up.
