Creamy, cheesy Crack Chicken Lasagna! Your family will come running for this easy casserole with ranch seasoning, bacon and rotisserie chicken.

Crack Chicken Lasagna

lasagna

evaporated milk ((12 ounces each))

ranch seasoning mix ((1 ounce each))

cream cheese ((cubed))

chicken ((about 1 rotisserie chicken))

mozzarella cheese ((shredded))

cheddar cheese ((shredded))

bacon bits

green onions parsley (for garnishing)

Boil lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, heat the evaporated milk and ranch seasoning over low heat. Whisk constantly, and heat for 5 minutes until the mixture starts to thicken.

Add the cream cheese cubes and mix until smooth.

Spray a 9x13” baking pan with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350º Fahrenheit.

Pour ¾ cup of white sauce in the bottom of the baking pan.

Place a layer of cooked pasta over the sauce.

Sprinkle half of the chicken over the pasta.

Sprinkle with ½ cup each of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

Drizzle 1 cup of sauce over the cheese.

Repeat layers: pasta, remaining chicken, ½ cup of each cheese, 1 cup of sauce.

Layer the last layer of pasta, remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese and chopped bacon.

Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Then uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

Allow the lasagna to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Sprinkle with green onions or parsley if desired.

This recipe has quickly become a classic in our house because:
It’s extra cheesy. A triple cheese threat! Cream cheese, mozzarella cheese and sharp cheddar cheese.
It uses rotisserie chicken. I’ve become quite accustomed to picking up a rotisserie chicken when I smell their amazing aroma in the grocery store. They are perfect for easy casseroles and quick dinners.
The sauce base is evaporated milk. This means it won’t use up all of your breakfast cereal milk for dinner the night before. Evaporated milk is great to keep on hand for casseroles.
And you’ll love this too: Make the lasagna up in the morning and heat it through when you’re ready to serve.

How to Make CRACK CHICKEN LASAGNA {Recipe Video}

The next time you are asked to bring something to a potluck dinner, do yourself a favor and make this five bean hotdish!&nbsp;The best way I can think of to describe this hotdish is that it’s somewhere in the middle between baked beans and chili, and it's 100% delicious.

Dorothy’s Five-Bean Hotdish

bacon

green beans (drained)

beans

kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

yellow wax beans (drained)

pork and beans

ketchup

brown sugar

tsp vinegar

salt

Add the ground beef, bacon, and onion to a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until the ground beef is cooked through. Drain the meat mixture and transfer it to a large roasting pan.

Add the green beans, lima beans, kidney beans, wax beans, pork and beans, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and salt to the roasting pan.

Stir everything together, then cover the roasting pan with the lid. Place the covered pan in your oven and cook for 60 minutes at 350°F.

Pressure Cooker Light Pizza Noodle Casserole is an easy 30 minute family friendly dinner recipe made in your Instant Pot. Whole wheat pasta, lean hamburger, turkey pepperoni and pizza sauce combine to make this healthy and comforting meal.

Pressure Cooker Light Pizza Noodle Casserole

c. turkey pepperoni,

c. roughly chopped fresh mushrooms, optional

c. whole wheat rotini pasta, uncooked

water

pizza sauce

c. grated Parmesan

shredded Mozzerella, Provolone

Set your 5 or 6 quart electric pressure...

Set your 5 or 6 quart electric pressure cooker to saute and add the hamburger and onion. Break up the hamburger and saute for 4-5 minutes so meat is lightly browned. Press cancel. 

Add the salt, garlic powder, oregano, crushed red...

Add the salt, garlic powder, oregano, crushed red pepper, pepperoni, pasta and water to the meat and give it a quick stir. Top with the pizza sauce and do NOT stir.

Lock the electric pressure cooker lid in place...

Lock the electric pressure cooker lid in place and manually set to 4 minutes on high. Press start.

When the time is up, quick release the...

When the time is up, quick release the pressure using an oven mitten to release the pressure nozzle. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Serve topped with shredded cheese.

Beef Taco Hotdish

½ medium onion, diced

small bell pepper, diced

zucchini,

garlic,

Tbsp. homemade taco seasoning (or store-bought)

tomatoes

tomato paste

beef broth

corn

black beans, drained and rinsed

rice

½ cups (6 ounces) shredded cheddar or Monterey jack cheese, divided

Salsa,

Grease (or spray) and a 9&#215;13-inch baking dish and set aside.

Place a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until beef is just barely pink and onions and peppers have softened. About 8 minutes.

Add zucchini, garlic, and taco seasoning. Stir and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until zucchini is just tender.

Remove from heat and drain excess fat from beef mixture if there is quite a bit. Transfer the meat and veggie mixture to the greased baking dish. 

Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, drained beans, corn, rice, and ½ cup shredded cheese to the baking dish and stir to combine.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 50-65 minutes or until the rice is tender. Be sure to test the recipe for tenderness and add additional time if needed. Remove the foil and sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and continue to bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.

Allow the hot dish to stand for 5 minutes before serving with toppings of choice.

This was delicious and super easy to make. I will definitely make this again!

Delicious. We will make it again, the zucchini adds alot of good texture. It did take all of 60 mins for the rice to fully cook  .
