Raspberry Yogurt Popsicles

Stonyfield full fat plain yogurt

Place the raspberries in a bowl and slightly mash with a fork.

Top with sugar and set aside about 10 minutes to let the juices release from the berries.

Add the yogurt and stir together.

Divide the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds, or disposable small plastic cups. Insert the sticks and freeze until solid, at least 5 to 6 hours.

(3-1/2- honeydew melon

salt

heavy cream

Homemade Ice Pops Recipe

watermelon

strawberries

Agave nectar or honey (if desired)

cantaloupe

lime juice

skim milk

banana

mango cubes

pineapple chunks

Greek yogurt

agave nectar or honey

berries ((blackberries, blueberries & raspberries))

Place the watermelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Add the strawberries and puree until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.

Using a funnel, pour the mixture into ice pop molds.

Freeze until frozen, about 4 hours. Serve.

Strawberry-Watermelon Ice Pops

Place the cantaloupe and lime juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.

Cantaloupe Ice Pops

Place the milk and banana in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the mango and pineapple, and puree until smooth. Taste and add agave nectar or honey, if desired.

Tropical Ice Pops

Place the milk, yogurt, banana  and agave nectar in a blender and blend until smooth.

Add the mixed berries, and puree until smooth. Taste and add additional agave nectar or honey, if desired.

These homemade frozen yogurt popsicles are amazing! Turn healthy yogurt into a healthy frozen treat!  Making frozen yogurt popsicles is super easy!

Homemade Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

oz flavored yogurt

chopped fruits or berries (optional)

Mix yogurt with berries or chopped fruits (if using).

Spoon the yogurt into popsicle molds.

Put the popsicle molds in the freezer and freeze until solid (at least 3 hours, I usually freeze them ovenight).

To separate the popsicle from the mold, put it for a few seconds until warm running water.

Summer is finally here! And I've found a way to make easy, cheap and healthy ice pops using just one ingredient... fruit juice!

Fruit Juice Ice Pops

Fruit Juice of your choice, I’ve used:

Orange Juice

Pineapple Juice

Apple Juice

Apple & Raspberry Juice

Mango Juice

Place the silicone molds into a plastic glass. Pour the fruit juice into the molds, leaving a small gap at the top. Put on the lids and then place the glasses with the molds straight into the freezer.

The simple ideas are sometimes the best. Love this!

Watermelon Kiwi Pops

Watermelon

Kiwis

Raisins (optional)

Puree kiwi in food processor or blender until liquified.

Transfer to pouring container

Puree watermelon in food processor or blender until liquified.

You can optionally add sugar or honey if extra sweetness is desired.

Place stick in position.

Pour watermelon juice in maker about 2/3 way to fill line.

Add 3 or 4 raisins to simulate seeds (optional).

Wait 6 minutes or until firmed.

Pour kiwi juice in maker up to fill line.

Wait 10 minutes or until frozen.

Use tool to remove pop and place in freezer.

If you are using a Zoku Quick Pop Maker:

Pour watermelon juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups about 2/3 full.

Place in freezer for 10-15 minutes or until mixture begins to firm.

Insert sticks.

Pour kiwi juice in popsicle molds or small paper cups to fill.

Return to freezer for several hours.

Use hot water to release from molds.
