An easy S&#x27;mores recipe and one of our favorite desserts to make all year round. S&#x27;mores Bites are a twist on the classic s&#x27;mores dessert, make these mini s’mores in the oven!

S'mores Bites

graham crackers (equals 1 cup, finely crushed)

sugar

unsalted butter (melted)

1.55 oz milk chocolate

marshmallows

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Finely crush the graham crackers into crumbs, using whatever method you want. I used my slap chop, but a food processor would work or even putting them in a plastic bag and smashing.

Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and melted butter into a small bowl.

Evenly divide crumb mixture into each cup of a 24 cup mini muffin pan, grease slightly before using. Press crumbs down to form shallow cups.

Bake 4-5 minutes or until edges are golden.

While that's baking, break the candy breaks into the divided rectangle pieces. Also cut the marshmallows in half using a scissors that has been sitting in cold water.

Remove the pan from the oven and place one chocolate rectangle into each cup.

Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup.

Return to oven for 2-4 minutes or until marshmallows are just slightly softened.

If you'd like the tops to be brown, turn the oven to broil, and broil the s'mores bites for 1-2 minutes.

Cool on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before carefully removing them from the pan.

This easy, no-bake dessert has all the flavours of a classic s’mores, but can be made in the cool, comfort of home. No campfire needed!

Indoor S'mores

milk chocolate chips

mini marshmallows

salted butter

corn syrup

tsp vanilla extract

Melt chocolate chips, marshmallows, butter and corn syrup in a large pot on the stove over low heat, stirring frequently.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Add Golden Grahams cereal and stir to evenly coat.

Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 baking pan. Use a buttered spoon to press mixture in place. Cool at room temperature until set (usually a couple hours). Cut into bars.

Place graham crackers into a large resealable plastic bag. Finely crush into crumbs. Combine graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar and butter into a small bowl. Evenly divide crumb mixture into each cup of a 24 cup mini muffin pan. Press crumbs to form shallow cups. Bake 4-5 minutes or until edges are bubbling. Meanwhile, break two of the candy bars into rectangles. Remove pan from oven; place one rectangle into each cup.

Cut marshmallows in half crosswise using scissors dipped in cold water. Place one marshmallow half, cut-side down, into each cup. Return to oven 1-2 minutes or until marshmallows are just slightly softened. Cool on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before carefully removing cups from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.

Break remaining candy bars in small pieces and place in a small bowl. Microwave on high 1 minute-1 1/2 minutes or until melted and smooth, stirring every 20 seconds. Dip the top of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate. Turn top-side up and let stand until set.

Smores Pops – Chocolate graham crackers coated with melted chocolate and marshmallows on a stick. A fabulous winter treat whether you want to make them as favors or just have fun making them with the kids.

oz baker's semi sweet chocolate

full chocolate graham crackers (Honey Maid)

sprinkles

popsicles sticks

sprinkle

Have everything you need ready and nearby because once the chocolate melts, you will want to work quick. I recommend doing a few batches at a time.

Break graham crackers in half on the dotted lines to make 6 squares.

In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds, stir and melt a few seconds more until chocolate is warm and melted, do not over heat.

Using a spatula, coat one side of the cookie with melted chocolate and place on wax paper.

Dip the stick into the melted chocolate and place in the center of cookie.

Place another cookie under the other end of the stick so it stays upright when it dries.

Add sprinkles then press the marshmallows onto the melted chocolate and place on a tray.

Refrigerate 10 - 15 minutes so that the chocolate hardens.

Remove and cover in plastic wrap if you don't plan on eating them right away.
