Cook rice according to the package directions

Place warm rice on dehydrator trays and spread out the best you can

Dry at 135°F /57°C for 5-8 hours

Periodically stir rice to separate grains

KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing

Mix lime vinaigrette dressing and soy sauce until blended. Pour 2 Tbsp. dressing mixture over mushrooms and carrots in medium bowl; mix lightly. Toss chicken with remaining dressing mixture in separate bowl.

Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Spread chicken onto 1/3 of the prepared baking sheet, then spread mushrooms and carrots over remaining side of baking sheet.

Bake 28 min., adding snow peas to vegetable-covered side of baking sheet for the last 8 min. After 15 min. prepare rice as directed on package.

Combine chicken and vegetable mixture in serving dish. Add ketchup and sesame dressing; mix lightly. Serve with rice.

cabbage (about 1 large head)

KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing

lb. extra-lean ground beef

(10-3/4 oz. each) reduced-sodium condensed tomato soup

Cook and stir cabbage and onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat 5 to 10 min. or until tender. Remove from skillet.

Brown meat in same skillet. Stir in rice, soup and water until blended. Layer 1/3 of the cabbage mixture and half the meat mixture in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Repeat layers; top with remaining cabbage mixture. Cover.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.

Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender. Stir in broth. Bring to boil.

Stir in rice, dressing and cheese; cover. Reduce heat to low. Cook 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed and chicken is cooked through.

Hawaiian-Style Pork Belly with Pineapple Rice

fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided

pineapple (1/2-inch pieces), divided

Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

Blend 1 cup chicken broth with 2 cups pineapple, garlic and ginger in blender until smooth. Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Sriracha sauce and cornstarch; mix well.

Place meat in shallow dish. Pour 1-1/2 cups pineapple sauce over meat. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate. Meanwhile, bring remaining pineapple sauce to boil in saucepan, stirring constantly; cook and stir 1 min. Remove from heat; cool.

Heat grill for indirect grilling: Light one side of grill, leaving other side unlit. Close lid; heat grill to 350°F.

Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat, fat side up, on grate over unlit area. Grill 2-1/2 to 3 hours or until meat is tender and done (180°F).

Meanwhile, reserve 1/2 cup of the cooked pineapple sauce for serving with the cooked meat; refrigerate until ready to use. Combine remaining pineapple sauce with rice, peppers, remaining chicken broth and remaining cut-up pineapple; spoon onto center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil with sides of foil turned up. Fold foil to make packet. Refrigerate until ready to grill.

Remove meat from grill; cover. Let stand 15 min. Meanwhile, place foil packet on grate over lit area of grill; cook 12 to 15 min. or until rice is tender.

Cut slits in foil to release steam before carefully opening packet. Fluff rice with fork. Add onions; mix lightly.

Cut meat across the grain into thin slices; place on platter. Drizzle with reserved pineapple sauce. Serve with the rice mixture.
