Jalapeño Artichoke Dip is a smooth and creamy blend of cheeses and sour cream mixture with chunks of artichoke hearts and diced jalapeños for a sweet and spicy appetizer dip. This is a MUST try dip for your next party!

Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

cream cheese (softened)

parmesan cheese (grated)

mozzarella cheese (shredded)

artichoke hearts (chopped)

sour cream

mayonnaise

jalapeño (more or less for heat)

garlic powder

onion powder

salt and pepper

In a medium sized bowl combine all of the ingredients and mix well.  Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or bread.

This jalapeño artichoke dip is seriously addictive! Creamy AND cheesy with roasted jalapeños, artichoke hearts, and tons of flavor! Ready in 30 minutes!

Roasted Jalapeño Artichoke Dip

jalapeños ((about 5-6 jalapeños))

artichoke hearts

greek yogurt*

kosher salt

tsp. black pepper

Monterey Jack cheese* (finely shredded)

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Drain and rinse the marinated artichokes, then chop them into very small pieces.  Also chop roasted jalapenos into small pieces, about 1/4&quot; in size, and set aside.

Combine the softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.  Use an electric hand mixer to mix these ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

Switch to a spatula or large spoon, and stir in chopped jalapenos and artichokes until fully combined. Stir in the shredded cheese.

Transfer the dip to an oven safe baking dish, and bake for 15 minutes at 375.**

Serve hot with pita chips, tortilla chips, or veggies!***

Jalapeno Artichoke Dip has a creamy base that&#39;s topped off with artichoke hearts and jalapenos. It&#39;s a crowd-pleasing dip!

Jalapeno Artichoke Dip

Package Cream Cheese (8 ounces, softened)

½ Cup Mayonnaise

¾ Cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)

Jar Artichoke Hearts (6.5 ounces, marinated)

Can Jalapenos (4 ounces, diced)

Preheat oven to 350℉.

Drain half the oil from the artichoke hearts.

Cut the artichoke hearts into very small pieces.

Stir all the ingredients together in 1½ quart baking dish.

Bake at 350℉, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until the center is hot and bubbly.

Stir halfway through for best flavor.

I love this dip.... I have not made it following this recipe yet. I have tried store bought in the past. 
 Can this version be served cold?
