Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits are a super tasty,  low carb, cheesy garlic biscuit that rivals a high carb restaurant favorite. This copy cat version has only 2g net carbs per biscuit.

Keto Cheddar Garlic Biscuits

½ cups Blanched Fine Almond Flour

tsp Baking Powder

tsp Garlic Powder

½ tsp Xanthan Gum *optional

Sea Salt

Eggs

Sour Cream (Full Fat)

tbsp Butter (melted)

Shredded Cheddar Cheese

½ tsp Garlic Powder

½ tbsp Parsley (finely chopped)

Preheat oven &amp; grease muffin pan.

Preheat the oven to 350 ℉ (180℃) and grease the muffin pan cavities of a 12-cup muffin pan.

Mix dry ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, baking powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, and optional xanthan gum.

Mix wet ingredients.

In a medium-sized bowl combine eggs, sour cream, and 3 tbsp melted butter, and mix until smooth.

Add wet to dry &amp; mix.

Add the wet ingredients to dry ingredients, and mix with a spoon until thoroughly combined. It should form a thick sticky batter.

Add cheese.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir into the batter.

Scoop into muffin pan.

Using a large cookie scoop or ice cream scoop, add about 3 tbsp of batter into each of the 9 muffin cups (some of the 12 cups will be empty). Use a spoon to spread and fill the muffin cups.

Bake.

Bake for about 18-22 minutes or until tops are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Remove from oven.

Mix garlic butter topping.

In a small bowl, dissolve and stir ½  tsp garlic powder into 2 tbsp melted butter. Stir in chopped parsley.

Brush tops of biscuits.

Brush the tops of the biscuits with garlic butter while the biscuits are still warm.

Remove &amp; serve.

Loosen the sides of the biscuits from the muffin pan with a butter knife and gently remove the biscuits from the pan. Serve warm. Store any leftover biscuits in a sealed container  in the fridge.

Gluten Free & Keto Biscuits

168 g organic grass-fed butter

eggs

sour cream

water

apple cider vinegar

almond flour

golden flaxseed meal (finely ground)

coconut flour

g whey protein isolate

baking powder

baking soda

cream of tartar

xanthan gum

salt

Place the butter in the freezer for 1 hour before starting. Grate it, and return to the freezer while you prepare the remaining ingredients.&nbsp;

Add eggs, sour cream, water and apple cider vinegar to a medium bowl and whisk for a minute or two until fully mixed. Set aside.&nbsp;

Add almond flour, flaxseed meal, coconut flour, whey protein, baking powder, baking soda, cream of tartar, xanthan gum and kosher salt to a large bowl and whisk until very thoroughly combined and no lumps are visible.&nbsp;

Add in half the grated butter to the flour mix (84g/6TBS). Distribute it quickly with your hands, rubbing it against the flour briefly with your fingertips. Since it's already grated, you won't need to 'break it into' the flours. Pour in the egg and cream mixture, mixing with a spatula until just incorporated. The dough will be very shaggy. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.&nbsp;

Preheat oven to 450°F/230°C (do 500°F/260°C if using a convection oven) . Line a baking tray with parchment paper or a baking mat.&nbsp;

Lightly flour your work surface with coconut flour and turn out the rested dough. Pat it down with your hands into a rectangular shape (roughly 14-by-10-inches). Sprinkle 1/6th of the remaining butter in the center, and fold in one of the edges over it. Sprinkle another 1/6th of the butter over the just-folded edge and fold in the remaining side (think like folding a letter!). Use a knife to help lift the dough if it's sticking to the surface (you want to make sure to not add too much flour). Turn the dough anti-clockwise and pat it down into a rectangle once again. Repeat the process two more times and pat the dough down until 1-inch in height. You could also do 1/2-inch height and yield 18 biscuits. &nbsp;

Using a 2 1/2-inch round pastry cutter, score the dough to make sure you can get 6 pieces. Cut straight down (no twisting!), and place the biscuit rounds onto the prepared tray. Gather the scraps, do another fold, and cut once again. Alternatively, simply cut into 9 squares straight down with a sharp knife (recommended). Pop the tray in the freezer for 15 minutes prior to baking. You can freeze the biscuits for 1-2 months at this point, and bake straight from the freezer as needed.&nbsp;

Brush with melted butter and bake for 15-20 minutes until deep golden. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving. These guys keep well, stored in an airtight container at room temperature, for 3-4 days.&nbsp;

These keto cheddar bay biscuits are flakey, soft, so flavorful, and perfectly cheesy! Plus, they taste just like the ones you'd get from Red Lobster. And, the best thing about these keto biscuits is that each one has just 2 NET CARBS!

Keto Cheddar Bay Biscuits | The Best Keto Biscuits Recipe 

The biscuits:

tbsp (40 grams) cream cheese

tbsp (30 grams) salted butter, melted

(100 grams) shredded cheddar cheese

parsley

garlic powder

In a large bowl use a hand-mixer and beat the cream cheese, egg, and butter until smooth. 

Then, process the almond flour, grated cheddar, baking powder, and garlic powder in a food processor until combined. Once combined, add it to the egg mixture, and mix with a spatula until thoroughly combined, and a dough takes shape.

Now, form 8 biscuits out of the dough, and place them on a parchment-lined baking tray.

Bake for around 10 minutes, until golden brown.

Then, let the biscuits cool down to room temperature.

In a small bowl, mix melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder.

Brush the baked biscuits with garlic butter and serve warm.

I've tried so many LC Cheddar Bay Biscuit recipes over the last 9 years, and this is the first one that had me wanting to eat the entire batch!  These were absolutely amazing!  These are packed with so much flavor.  My non-Keto brother tried these out and said he thought they were just like Red Lobster's biscuits.  We have a tradition every Christmas morning of making a breakfast casserole, topped with Cheddar Bay biscuit mix. Looks like I'll be able to have a LC version this year!

Okay I just made these! Super good base for a "cheddar bay biscuit". I chopped half of the shredded cheese into the almond flour with a food processor and hand mixed in the rest. Instead of shaping the biscuits I dolloped them onto a cookie sheet because I like my biscuits less dense. And for the butter topping I did 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon of parsley instead of what the recipe called for. Next time I will probably season the dough a bit more and cook the biscuits for only 7 or 8 minutes. These were great though. Thanks so much for doing these for us!

Very good!  I don’t have a food processor and they turned out wonderful.  Just mixed the dry real good added the cheese to the dry mixed again and followed the rest the the directions.  Easy!!

Keto Biscuits

These are the easiest and tastiest keto biscuits you will ever make. So amazingly tender and chock full of cheese and garlic, they are perfect with soup or chili. They make great breakfast sandwiches too!

Easy Keto Biscuits Recipe

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

Cheddar cheese (divided)

sour cream (OR Greek yogurt)

butter (melted)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the coconut flour, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder and salt. Whisk in 1/2 cup of the shredded Cheddar.

Stir in the egg whites, whole eggs, sour cream, and melted butter until well combined.

Drop the mixture by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet. These are very filling and they spread and rise so make the mounds smallish. You should get 10 to 12 biscuits.

Sprinkle the tops with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake 20 to 23 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the biscuits are just firm to the touch.

Remove from the oven and let cool on the pan.

Super EASY and CHEESY Keto Biscuits!

An old Southern favorite turned Keto! Light and fluffy biscuits smothered with creamy sausage gravy, you would not believe they are Low Carb!

Keto Biscuits and Gravy

Almond Flour

eggs (beaten)

Sour Cream

Grass-Fed Butter (melted)

swerve confectioners (or powdered erythritol)

uncured breakfast sausage (crumbled)

almond milk

heavy cream

mascarpone cheese

nutmeg

Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

Add the almond flour, baking powder, Swerve and baking soda to a bowl and mix using a hand whisk.

In a separate bowl, add the eggs, sour cream and melted butter and mix until combined.  Add in the cheese and continue mixing. Then add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix until well combined.

Scoop the biscuit mix into silicone muffin pan liners (or spray a non-stick muffin pan with non-stick spray) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are slightly golden.

For the Biscuits

Add the sausage to a large frying pan and cook over medium heat.  Once the sausage is cooked through, add in the mascarpone cheese and melt it.  Then add in the rest of the ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until the gravy has thickened nicely.

Allow the biscuits to cool slightly before cutting them open.  Once slightly cooled, slice the biscuits in half and pour some of the sausage gravy over the top.

Store leftovers in the fridge or freezer.

In separate bowl, mix coconut flour with baking powder and xanthan gum.

Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in cheese.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.

Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.

These Keto Biscuits are grain free, gluten free, and low carb. They are cheddar biscuits with a garlic butter glaze and are out of this world.

cottage cheese ((sour cream can be substituted))

butter, melted

pink himalayan salt

cheddar cheese ((see note))

Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

For the biscuits: In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, cottage cheese, and butter. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Add dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Mixture will be wet. Stir in the cheddar cheese.

Drop batter into dollops onto the prepared baking pan, about 3 tablespoons each.

Bake for 12-14 minutes or until biscuits turn golden brown.

For the butter glaze: In a small bowl, add the butter and stir in the garlic powder, parsley, and salt. Brush mixture onto warm biscuits.

These 30-minute keto biscuits are made with almond flour. They&#039;re wonderfully tender and fluffy, and they are truly easy to make.

Tender and Fluffy Keto Biscuits

sea salt (see notes below)

almond flour (4 ounces)

baking powder (fresh; gluten-free if needed)

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg, sour cream, and salt.

Using a rubber spatula, mix in the almond flour followed by the baking powder. The batter should be thick, as shown in the photo. If it&#39;s thinner than this, add 1/2 ounce (2 tablespoons) of almond flour.

Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, place six mounds of the batter on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Do not flatten the mounds.

Bake until golden, for 15-17 minutes. Don&#39;t overbake or they will be dry.

Serve warm.

I doubled this recipe and added a tablespoon of allulose, since I normally add a little sugar to my biscuits. They turned out amazing and the family raved about them. These will be my  new go-to biscuit. I think they would be great with some shredded cheese and garlic, or even as a sweet biscuit/scone with more allulose and some cinnamon, or orange extract with a few chopped dried cranberries... either way, topped with a bit of keto icing (swerve &amp; almond milk).
