Golden Flaxseed Meal

Coconut Flour

Chia Seeds

Unsweetened Almond Milk

Heavy Cream

Sugar-Free Maple Syrup

Vanilla Essence

Place the dry ingredients into a small saucepan and mix together.

Add the remaining ingredients.

Place the saucepan over medium heat and whisk the ingredients together for about 10 minutes until it has thickened and is warmed through.

Pour into a bowl&nbsp;and top with your favorite toppings - we recommend extra Sugar-Free Maple Syrup and chopped Pecans.

Keto Recipe - Oatmeal & Porridge Substitute - Tasty Low Carb, Healthy Breakfast Cereal (Omega 3s)

Cabbage Hash Browns from Delish.com are a great way to start your day with a healthy dose of veggies!

Best-Ever Cabbage Hash Browns

eggs

garlic powder

kosher salt

c. shredded cabbage

yellow onion, thinly sliced

I love the idea, but I can’t get the patties to stay together in any way. They just fall apart into pieces. The only way I could make it work was to press all of the cabbage mixture into the bottom of a pan and treat it as one giant hash brown, and flip it once it was cooked enough to start to stay together, although this resulted in it being thicker than I’d like.  Any tips on this?

Loved them! Added a tiny bit of parm in mix to bind a bit. I used Savoy cabbage and added a little thyme. Garnished with sour cream and sriracha. They have such possibilities to add a variety of herbs. You have to experiment to get the texture that may best suit you.  I served them at brunch with stuffed mushrooms and scrambled eggs. A big hit! They’ll go great with salmon or pork for dinner.
Glad to have this in my cooking tool belt!

Just made these in a cast iron skillet using coconut oil. Had them by themselves first and they were delicious. We decided to put an egg cooked over easy on top of the second patty and they were amazing that way as well! This is a keeper, and I think a cast iron skillet is key. Not sure why this is calling me GoldBandAid🤣

Sooo delicious!! I was a bit leery of using raw cabbage given how cabbage exudes water as it cooks, but mine turned out perfectly! I used Morton's kosher salt rather than Diamond Crystal so mine turned out a bit too salty but that's a very easy adjustment to make. Fried them in leftover bacon fat.  Served with a beef patty on top, garnished with diced avocadoes and chimichurri sauce. It was amazing!! I'm going to use these instead of bread or tortillas in EVERYTHING. I wonder if I can cook ahead and freeze? I'll experiment. It would be so convenient to have these available in the freezer! Thanks so much for this great recipe!!

I love these as an alternative to potatoes. I get a lot of cabbage in my CSA and this recipe was a great way to introduce cabbage to the brunch I hosted with my friends.

I found mixing in shredded sausage and cheese helps with flavor and texture...but the original recipe is very good.

I only had a bit of Napa cabbage left so I halved the recipe, used shredded Napa cabbage, and subbed the yellow onions for half a green onion and it is amazing! Anyone know how long would this keep if made ahead and frozen between sheets wax paper?

I made these and I was sooooooo pleasantly surprised by the flavor. These are sooo delicious! I was worried that these were not going to hold together as the only binder in here is the egg, but they flipped like a dream. So good. Will keep on doing them. <3

Terrible recipe.  Cabbage never cooked enough to hold the patties together.  Fair taste.  not going to do this again.

Have made this several times. My family requests them often. I use the pre shredded coleslaw which makes it easier. We don’t even miss the potatoes.

These Low-Carb Hash Browns Are Our New Breakfast Obsession

These low carb and keto breakfast cookies are filled with almonds and hemp hearts and are so delicious!  They are perfectly sweet and the perfect grab and go keto breakfast.

Keto Breakfast Cookies

Cup Melted Butter

Cup Granular Sweetener (Click here to see my favorite on Amazon)

Large Eggs

Vanilla

Baking powder

Kosher salt

Cup Sliced almonds

Cup Hemp hearts

Pre-heat oven to 350F. &nbsp;Line a sheet pan with parchment or a silicone baking mat. &nbsp;

Mix together all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. &nbsp;Scoop out the mix into 16 even sized cookies and place on the sheet pan 2 inches apart. &nbsp;Flatten the tops with your fingers. &nbsp;

Bake in the oven for 13 minutes, or until the bottom edges start to turn golden brown. &nbsp;

Remove from the oven and let cool completely. &nbsp;Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container for up to one week.

This creamy keto ham and cheese frittata is easy to whip up for your next brunch. Enjoy in the morning or on nights when you want to have breakfast for dinner. 

Keto Ham Frittata

oz cream cheese, softened

salt

pepper

oz cheddar cheese

avocado oil

ham,

green onions, sliced

Get a large bowl

In a large bowl, mix together eggs, cream cheese, salt and pepper. 

Add the cheese

Heat the skillet

Heat a medium skillet to medium heat and add avocado oil. 

Saute

Add ham and green onions and saute for 2 - 3 minutes or until ham starts to brown. 

Add egg mixture

Add egg mixture to skillet and cook. Use a spatula to stir and scrape the bottom of the skillet until large curds begin to form and the spatula starts to leave wakes but the egg remains wet (2 minutes). Shake the skillet to evenly distribute the eggs. Cook without stirring for 30 seconds to set on the bottom. 

Finish in the oven

Place skillet in the oven and broil until frittata has puffed up and starts to brown on top, about 3 - 4 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes to finish cooking. Loosen frittata from the skillet and cut into wedges to serve.

Make these low carb keto pancakes with almond flour instead of regular wheat flour, or blitz ground almonds until fine if you can't get hold of it. Serve with blueberries and keto-friendly syrup

Whisk the eggs and almond milk together in a bowl. Add the stevia, baking powder, cinnamon, almond flour and vanilla, then stir to combine.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat. Pour in a couple of tablespoons of the batter and cook until the edges are set, around 2-3 mins. Flip and cook for a further 2 mins until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter, then serve in stacks with your favourite toppings – we topped ours with fried streaky bacon, Keto-friendly maple syrup and just a few blueberries.

An easy cheesy keto breakfast casserole that's overflowing with sausage, eggs and flavor. This make ahead low carb breakfast is a hearty option perfect for meal prep and loved by the whole family. 

Keto Sausage Breakfast Casserole

olive oil

sausage

heavy whipping cream

coconut flour oat fiber

oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a medium casserole dish with butter or cooking spray.

Cook sausage

Over medium-high heat, cook olive oil and sausage in a large skillet until the sausage is cooked through. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Whisk & mix

Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Add in coconut flour, baking powder, green onions and shredded cheddar cheese (reserving about ½ cup for the topping). Mix until combined. 

Stir & spread

Stir the cooked & cooled sausage to the egg mixture. Spread into the casserole dish. Top with remaining ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese. 

Bake it

Bake at 350 for 20-28 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown on top and the center is set.
