A great classic turned into a casserole! &nbsp;Tender juicy chunks of ham, chicken, swiss cheese and cauliflower, all baked in a creamy sauce!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - Keto and Low Carb

Rotisserie chicken (shredded)

uncured Ham (diced)

cauliflower florets

swiss cheese

Heavy Cream

Mascarpone Cheese

asiago cheese

dijon mustard

garlic salt

parsley

ground pepper

Preheat oven to 375F.

Add all the ingredients except the chicken, cauliflower, swiss cheese and ham to a bowl and mix until combined, to make the sauce.

In a separate bowl, add in the chicken, cauliflower and ham.  Pour the sauce over the top and toss until everything is well coated.

Pour into a greased casserole dish and place the swiss cheese slices over the top.

Bake for 30 minutes.  After 30 minutes, increase the temperature to 425 and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Allow to cool slightly before cutting into and serving.

Ingredients needed for chicken casserole

First, preheat your oven to 180 Celsius or 350 Fahrenheit. Prepare all of your ingredients, such as pre-cooked chicken, broccoli, cheese and crumbled bacon cut into small pieces or bacon bits. Ranch dressing is made using our recipe as it contains the least carbohydrates you can have.

Into a casserole of your choice, add the broccoli as the base.

Chicken

Onto the broccoli, spread chicken pieces.

Bacon

Ranch dressing

Add half of the ranch dressing and spread it all over the casserole.

Repeat

Depending on the depth of your casserole, you can repeat the steps again. 

Shredded cheese and bake

On top of the casserole, lay all of your shredded cheese and place it into the oven for 30 minutes.

Chicken breast, tenders, or chicken thighs (without skin) 770 g/27 oz

Salt

Ground paprika 1 tsp

Pepper

Onion 80 g/2.8 oz

Mushrooms cut in halves 500 g/17.6 oz

Heavy whipping cream 1 cup 220 ml

Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup 50 g/0.16 oz (1/4 cup for chicken and 1/4 cup for the sauce)

Chicken broth or water 1 cup 220 ml

Lemon juice 2 TBS

Nutmeg 1/4 tsp

Parsley chopped 1 TBS

Cheesy Cabbage Beef Keto Casserole Recipe

Beef

(10 Ounce) Cabbage

Onion

(1 Cup) Mushrooms

(1/2 Cup) Tomato Sauce

(2 Cups) Mozzarella Cheese

- 2 Tablespoons Sweet Paprika Spice

Black Pepper

Dry Ginger Powder

Turmeric Powder

Garlic Powder

Prepare Ingredients

Prepare all of the ingredients. Cut meat into small pieces, which will help you to cook the beef fully tender. Slice the cabbage into the thinnest possible slices. Mushrooms should also be cut into small, tiny pieces so they are easily spread over the dish. Add spices all into a bowl for easier cooking. And remember to grain the mozzarella or your favorite cheese with a grater. 

Brown Onions

Heat the skillet and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add onions and let them caramelize.

Add Beef

Once the onions are cooked, add pieces of meat and cook for approximately 10 minutes until all of the sides of the pieces are cooked. 

Add Mushrooms

Once the meat is brown from all sides, add mushrooms cut into small pieces and cook for another 5-10 minutes. 

Spices

When it is time to add spices, switch off the cooking process for this step. Some spices, especially sweet paprika, tend to burn very fast, and when added to cooking meat, they can change the taste. They become bitter. Once you add all the spices, mix them thoroughly into the meat and mushrooms.

Tomato Sauce and Mix

At the same time, add the tomato sauce and mix thoroughly. There is no need to add any of the liquid, be it water of broth, since cooking this casserole dish for longer, meat and cabbage will add more moisture, which will be enough for the dish. 

Add Cabbage and Cook

Now is the time to switch the heat on again. When the meat, spices, and sauce are thoroughly mixed, add top sliced cabbage, cover with the lid, set the cooking to medium-low and let it cook for approximately one hour. Depending on your beef size, you can adjust the cooking time accordingly. 

Fully Mix

After approximately an hour, mix the cabbage with meat and check if the meat is tender enough. If you are more of a visual person, check out our video with complete steps. 

Cheese and Bake

Once all the cabbage is fully mixed with beef, top it up with grated mozzarella and place it into the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Here, you only need the mozzarella to melt and brown a bit. Watch out; baking cheese can turn beautifully melted to burned in minutes.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole (Fast &amp; Easy)

chicken breasts

Bacon ((cooked, chopped))

Garlic ((minced))

Mozzarella cheese ((shredded, divided))

Cheddar cheese ((shredded, divided))

lb Frozen spinach ((thawed, squeezed to drain well))

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (191 degrees C).

If using frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze to drain first. If using broccoli, place it into a pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1-2 minutes until bright green.

Combine the chicken, bacon, drained spinach or broccoli, garlic, ranch dressing, and half of the shredded cheeses in a large bowl. Stir until well incorporated. Transfer to a 9x13 in (23x33 cm) glass or stoneware casserole dish. (Alternatively, you can mix everything directly in the casserole dish.)Optional tip: If you like extra ranch flavor, add 1-3 teaspoons of ranch seasoning mix, in addition to the dressing.

Top with remaining shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses.

Bake for about 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.

We loved this casserole dish.  My husband is not a fan of broccoli so subbed in carrots and cauiflower rice. Was still delish! Thank you for this dish recipe.

Delicious and convenient for busy nights.

This was delicious!  I purchased chicken breasts premarinated with southwest seasoning and seasoned it again/baked it per instructions. I used ranch dressing bottled by a local farm. Love it when the veggies and meat are in one dish.

I made this last night for dinner.  I don't usually do the cooking but this was so easy.  It was very filling.  Even my husband enjoyed it.  I'll definitely make it again.

I made this last night for my husband and I.  It was pretty good, I made it with pre-cooked bacon which was very thin, so there was not a lot of bacony flavor.  I think the next time I make it I will fry up some thicker cut bacon and see if that helps.

This chicken bacon ranch casserole (broccoli) is the bomb!! My husband and I loved it. It was easy to make! I used bag of frozen cubed chicken breast, "Chosen" avocado mayonnaise, Greek yogurt and ranch seasoning. My husband even loved the leftovers and I loved that I didn't have to cook!
