As we come into the warmer months, I thought it would be nice to incorporate some mild spices to the dish, and use grains and fresh herbs to ease into the salads and cold foods that come with summer. Garlic Brown Sugar Lamb Ribs

garlic (minced)

rosemary (chopped)

chicken broth

brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Place a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Once hot, add the olive oil. Season lamb ribs with salt and pepper on both sides. Add them to the pan. Sear on both sides until golden-brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.

Transfer to a plate and cover with foil.

Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic and sauté it just until fragrant, for about 30 seconds.

Add fresh rosemary, stir and cook for 30 seconds. Add brown sugar and broth. Stir until the sugar has completely melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Increase heat to medium-high, stir and cook the sauce until it reduces and thickens slightly about 5 minutes.

Add lamb ribs back to the pan, baste with the sauce, add a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and transfer to the oven for about 7-10 minutes. Broil for 1-2 minutes before serving.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

This air fryer rack of lamb recipe is a showstopper and a quick and easy way to cook the entire rack of lamb that is delicious and juicy on the inside, while crispy on the outside. Cooking a rack of lamb in the air fryer helps to lock in the juices and flavor, while also creating a nice crust.

The Best Air Fryer Rack of Lamb You Will Ever Have

lamb (trimmed)

thyme

All you need is a little salt

Pat dry - use paper towels to pat the rack of lamb dry

Season generously - Rub the rack of lamb with oil and seasoning + herbs. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C)

Air fry - Place the lamb fat side up in the air fryer rack or tray and cook for 12 minutes.

Flip the rack of lamb on the other side and cook for another 12 minutes

Transfer the lamb to a cutting board and let rest for 3 to 10 minutes.

Cut between the bones to cut into individual lamb rib chops and serve.

This was a teamwork in the Cookpad kitchen. I cleaned and cut the rack, @dillasyalala prepared the marinade and @cook_vamshivutla made the best Biryani!

Clean and cut the lamb rack into smaller ribs

Pour over the lamb ribs in a deep bowl and let it marinate in the fridge for about an hour or more

Place in the air fryer on “air-fryer” setting, on 180C for around 15-20 minutes only!!

How to Air Fry Lamb Ribs Recipe

Lamb Ribs

tbsp Oil (see notes)

tsp Seasoning (see notes)

If your air fryer requires pre-heating, start this setting now.

Thoroughly dry roughly 800g Lamb Ribs. If they&#39;re not already cut into single ribs, use a sharp knife to cut between the bones now.

Drizzle over 1 tbsp Oil and 1½ tsp Seasoning and toss to thoroughly coat the lamb.

Place the ribs into the air fryer basket. Leave a little space between each so the air can circulate if possible.

Cook for 15 minutes at 200c/390f.

The ribs will be part cooked and will need turning, especially if your fryer is quite packed like mine. If you have lots of room, you could skip this step.

Use tongs to turn the ribs.

Cook for a further 15 minutes at 200c/390f.

Allow to rest for at least 3 to 4 minutes before tucking in. Spoon over juices that have collected in the bottom of the air fryer for extra flavour.

Cook for a total of 30 minutes at 200c/390f. Turn midway through cooking.

To Cook From Frozen

Lamb ribs is not a cut of meat I often buy but these looked so delicious I had to try them.  I wasn't disapponted, so tender and juicy and so easy to make.

With all your air fryer recipes, my poor air fryer is struggling to keep up with making them all.

I cooked these lamb ribs, adding some ground cumin and chilli powder to the spice mix. They were full of flavour and so easy to cook. A great change from my usual pork ribs.
