Made this the other night and it was yummy. Left out the mushrooms because I don’t like them. Added a jalapeno. Mixed the bacon back in instead of just putting it on top. Topped it with some shredded cheddar. I’ll be making this one again (several times probably) because chili is one of my favorite things. I was surprised that I didn’t even miss the tomatoes.

Delicious! This is one of my new fave recipes, its absolutely spot on! No need for beans or tomatoes (i am surprised about being ok with lack of tomatoes). I added more paprika to get that smoky, tangy, almost tomato-like taste and lime juice.

I did not like this at all.  I miss the tangy flavor  of real chili 😟

Made this today starting with frozen meat, with the help of my instant pot!  Delish! As family walked in the house they were drawn to aroma!

Paleo White Chicken Chili (Whole30, Keto)

coconut oil

onion (diced)

celery

garlic

jalapeño peppers (seeded and membranes removed, diced)

1½ lbs skinless boneless chicken thighs (or breasts)

tbsp cumin

tsp chili powder

coriander

tsp sea salt

⅛ tsp ground black pepper

bone broth (or chicken broth)

oz can of diced green chili

coconut milk

Low Carb Chili

chicken breast

bacon

15 oz can black soy beans

tomato

poblano pepper

white onion

raw garlic

tbsp chili powder

tsp Cumin

tsp Oregano

tsp Pink Himalayan Salt

tsp black pepper

chicken broth

tsp worcestershire sauce

Roughly chop bacon and add to medium heat large skillet/saucepan/dutch oven and cook half way.

As your bacon is cooking cut your chicken in to bite sized chunks and add it to the skillet once the bacon is partially cooked.

While the chicken and bacon are cooking, roughly mince the garlic, tomato, pablano pepper and onion. Once the chicken in partially cooked add the minced ingredients and combine.

Drain the can of beans and add them to the skillet along with the chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, black pepper, chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Combine.

Place a lid over the skillet and allow to cook for 50 minutes. At this point everything will be cooked down completely and ready to eat. If you would like a thicker chili (as seen in our recipe video) remove the lid and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes to create a thicker consistency.

Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and cheese. Enjoy!

This Keto Chili Recipe is about as quick and easy as making chili gets. Literally all you have to do is add the ingredients to a pot, and cook! And the best part is you can make it on your stove-top, but you can also make it in your crockpot, Instant Pot too.

Keto Chili Recipe | Quick, Easy, &amp; Low Carb

Cloves of garlic

(70 grams) Small onion

Green bell pepper (150 grams)

Yellow bell pepper (150 grams)

Jalapeño

Slices of thick center cut bacon

Lbs 80/20 Ground beef (907 grams)

Cup (236 milliliters) Beef bone broth

oz (425 grams) Keto tomato sauce

oz (283 grams) Can of diced tomatoes & green chilies

oz (200 grams) Tomato paste

Tbsps (25 grams) Hot Sauce

Tbsps Chili powder

Tsp Cumin

Tsp Oregano

Tsp Garlic powder

Pepper

Mince the garlic clovces, dice the onion, add them to a small dish, and set them aside.

Next, chop the bell peppers, slice the jalapeno, add those to a medium sized dish, and set them aside.

Once the bacon is diced, take out a large pot, turn the heat up to medium-high, and add the bacon to the pot.

Now use a wooden spatula to intermitently work the bacon around the pot until it's browned.

When it starts to turn golden burn, add the onions and the garlic, and cook them until the onions become soft and translucent, and the garlic becomes fragrant.

Once that happens, add the peppers, and cook them until browned and soft.

Next, add the ground beef, and break it down into the other ingredients.

Now add the bone broth, and continue working the beef into the other ingredients with youre spatula until it's browned all the way through.

When that happens, add the tomato sauce, the diced tomatoes &amp; green chilies, &amp; the tomato paste.

Now mix those until they're well combined with the other ingredients.

At this point, we can add all of the spices, so we're going to add the hot sauce, chili powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, &amp; pepper.

Then we're going to work those into the other ingredients, and bring our chili up to a boil.

Once it starts boiling, we're going to turn down the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer the chili for 15-20 minutes.

Stove Top Cooking

Cook the bacon and the ground beef first before adding them to the pot.

Next, strain the bacon and beef of any excess grease/oil before adding them to the crockpot.

Once you've added those to the crockpot, just add the rest of the ingredients.

Then cook on high for 3-4 hours, or on low for 6-8 hours.

Crockpot Cooking:

Use the sauté function on the Instant Pot to brown all of the ingredients.

Follow the same browning steps found above in the "Stove Top" option.

Then you can add the tomato components, as well as the spices.

Set the Instant Pot on the "Meat/Stew" setting and cook.

30-35 Minute later the chili will be done.

This easy keto chili recipe is one of the best keto meals you will have. The chili recipe calls for a few simple ingredients but it packs loads of flavor and does not have any beans. Hot Dog Chili Recipe

Worcestershire sauce

Add 2 tablespoons of the olive oil to a heavy bottomed pot or dutch oven over medium heat, then add the ground beef, salt and pepper. Brown the beef, breaking up into small crumbles as it cooks.

Drain the beef and any grease form the pot and transfer the beef to a bowl.

Turn the heat down to low, then add the other 2 tablespoons of olive oil along with the onions. Cook the onions for 7-8 minutes, frequently stirring so they don&#8217;t burn.

Next add the garlic, tomato paste, cumin and chili powder stirring into the onions and Worcestershire sauce, then add the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Add the beef back to the pot then pour in the broth and stir. Bring to a boil, then turn the heat down to a simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

Taste for seasonings and serve as is or on hot dogs, hamburgers or spooned over french fries!

Really good recipe. I did add a few red pepper flakes to the onions while they were cooking. I did add a little more beef broth only because I used 3 pounds of burger/sausage. Made it day ahead of time like I do all my chili so the flavors really meld together by the time we eat!

The recipe was very good. I have been using a more tomato flavored recipe, but this one tasted classic to me. I'm going to make it again this week.

I used a substitute meat product subbed the beef broth for vegetable broth and it came out fantastic! Used it for chili cheese fries with daiya shreads and used a plant based hotdogs

It sounds awesome gonna try this week, maybe I'll add bacon, can't go wrong with bacon.
