tsp rice wine vinegar

buah cabai rawit merah

sdm air asam jawa

ekor ayam (8 potong)

800 ml air

batang daun bawang

buah cabai merah besar

siung bawang putih

sdt terasi bakar

cm kunyit bakar

½ sdt garam

Masukkan bawang merah, daun salam, lengkuas, cabai rawit merah, gula merah, air asam jawa, lalu aduk rata
