These Three Ingredient Easy No Bake Vegan Oatmeal Bars are perfect healthy snacks for BLW, Toddlers, and Kids, and are very versatile depending on what you already have on hand!

Easy No Bake Vegan Oatmeal Bars for Kids & Toddlers

quick cooking oats (gluten free, if needed)

almond butter or peanut butter

maple syrup

salt (optional)

cinnamon (optional)

tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Mini chocolate chips

Pulverized freeze dried fruit

dates (raisins, cranberries)

almonds (pecans, pistachios, seeds, coconut)

Hemp hearts

Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper and set aside.

Put the oats in a large bowl.

In a small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring the maple syrup to a boil. Once it's bubbling, mix it in the oats, along with the peanut butter, any of the optional ingredients and your "add ins".

Quickly mix everything together as it will become very hard to mix if you wait.

Transfer the mixture to the lined loaf pan, and press down very hard to pack it tightly. This will help the bars stay together. If you want to add more toppings on top, go for it now! Put the pan in the fridge or freezer for 1 hour then using a serrated knife, cut into 16 bars.

These baked oatmeal bars are such an easy and convenient way to enjoy oatmeal for breakfast or as a snack. They're easily customizable and great for kids and adults!

Berry Baked Oatmeal Bars

rolled old fashioned oats

sea salt

almond milk (or your fave milk)

applesauce

maple syrup (or honey)

Tablespoons ground flaxseed

vanilla extract

Combine all ingredients except for the berries in a large bowl. Stir until combined and gently fold in 1 cup of berries. Pour into a 8&#215;8 square baking pan lined with parchment. Evenly spread batter in pan and top with remaining berries. I think it looks really pretty with sliced strawberries on top.

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bars are cooked through and hold their shape. Remove from the oven, cool and then cut into 6 bars and enjoy. Store leftover bars in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy cold or reheat in a toaster oven.

I made these but I am in the cooling stage so I haven't tasted them yet. I adore your kids!! 1 question, in the FB post it used baking powder but in your listing it said baking soda. ??

These easy Raspberry Oatmeal bars are a fast fix for your sweet tooth and they only require a few pantry staples plus your favorite jam!

Raspberry Oatmeal Bars

Tbsp Butter (0.88)

Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Use a ½ tsp of the butter to grease the inside of an 8x8-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt.

Cut the remaining butter into chunks, add it to the bowl with the flour and oat mixture, and use your hands to work the butter into the mixture until everything looks sort of crumbly or like damp sand, and no large lumps of butter remain.

Pour half of the oat mixture into the baking dish and press it down until it forms a solid layer.

Stir the jam to break up any clumps, then drop the jam in small spoonfuls onto the pressed oat mixture in the baking dish. Try to stay away from adding the jam too close to the edges. It&#39;s okay if the jam doesn&#39;t form a solid layer. Do not try to spread it with a spoon or knife.

Once all of the jam has been added on top of the bottom oat layer, sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top, leaving it loose and crumbly.

Bake the oat bars for about 30 minutes or until the top is nicely golden. Remove the bars from the oven, allow them to cool, then cut into nine squares and serve.

Peanut Butter Oatmeal Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.

Mix the rolled oats, peanut butter, and brown sugar in a mixer on high until combined.

Add the milk and vanilla and mix until combined.

Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and add to the mixture.

Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease an 8&#215;8 pan (9&#215;9 would work as well but may require a little less bake time).

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, salt, baking powder, and brown sugar.

Add in the softened butter and vanilla and mix until fully combined. The mixture will seem a little dry but should hold together when pressed between your fingers. Having a few larger chunks left in the mixture is perfectly fine.

Pour ⅔ of the mixture into the pan (this ends up being about 2 ½ cups of the unpacked dough mixture) and press it firmly into the bottom of the pan. Set aside the rest of the mixture to be used as the topping. Bake the bottom crust for 15 minutes.

Once out of the oven, carefully spread the raspberry preserves across the crust. Gently squish each of the raspberries so that they’re lightly flattened and then place them all along the top of the preserves. Sprinkle on the remaining crumble mixture and bake for 30 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes and then chill in the fridge until completely cooled. You can eat them now or let them sit for a total of 2 hours (or even overnight if you want). Slice and ENJOY!
