Easy Baked oats recipe made with a handful of healthy ingredients and ready in just 30 minutes.

Chocolate Chip Baked Oats

Cup Rolled Oats

Ripe Banana

Cup Almond Milk (or any milk)

Tsp Vanilla Extract

Tsp Baking Soda

Butter

Tbsp Maple Syrup (or honey)

Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips

Salt

Preheat the oven to 375 F

Place all ingredients into the blender. Except for the chocolate chips.

Blend for one minute until all ingredients are well blended.

Pour the batter equally into two greased ramekins. Add half a tablespoon of chocolate chips into the batter and mix it in. Top with the other half tablespoon of chocolate chips.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean

Let it cool and serve!

If you have a sweet tooth, these Biscoff baked oats are for you. It’s essentially cake for breakfast, although who says you can only have it for breakfast!? Plus it’s high in fibre and protein, so will help you to stay fuller for longer and energised throughout the day.

Biscoff Baked Oats

Rolled Oat

Banana

Egg White

Skimmed Milk

Vanilla Protein Powder

Baking Powder

Cinnamon

Biscoff Spread

Heat the oven to 175°C. Combine the oats, banana, egg whites, milk, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon and a pinch of salt in a blender, then blend until smooth.

Spray a baking dish with oil spray or rub with coconut/other oil, then pour in the mixture.

Melt 1 tsp Biscoff spread for 10-15 seconds in the microwave and pour it in the dish. Swirl it around into the batter with a skewer, toothpick or the tip of a knife.

Add another 1 tsp spread (not melted) into the centre of the mixture, smoothing the oats over the top so it’s in the middle of the mixture. Bake for 15-20 mins, or until you can insert the skewer and have it come out clean.

Melt another 1 tsp Biscoff spread and drizzle on top, followed by half a Lotus biscuit. 

Make this at least once a week now - I double the portions and it actually ends up serving 4! Tasty breakfast treat.

Easy to make and very tasty, I made one serving and swapped out the vanilla protein powder for vanilla flavouring instead and it worked a treat. I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting as it’s quite filling

Blueberry Crunch Overnight Oats

Jumbo Oat

Milk

Lemon Zest

Greek Yoghurt

Frozen Blueberries

Apple

Honey

Flaked Almond

Hazelnut

Roughly chop the nuts and place them into a dry frying pan. Place onto medium heat and toast, stirring often, until golden, 5-8 mins. Tip half into a bowl and stir the honey and the rest of the topping ingredients through. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.

In the empty pan, make the base: Tip in the frozen blueberries and honey on medium heat and stir until the blueberries have defrosted. Remove from the heat and let it cool down.

Add the oats and remaining frozen blueberries into the bowl with the nuts. Coarsely grate the apple into the mixture and stir through the lemon zest, milk, and yoghurt. Season with as much honey as you’d like, and a pinch of salt

Share the blueberry coulis into jars and ladle the oat mixture on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight so the oats can soften. Once ready to eat, serve the blueberry pots with the toasted nuts.
