This Peach Crisp is unbelievably delicious and so easy to make! Juicy peaches in a sweet syrup, topped with oats, pecans and cinnamon. Serve with vanilla ice cream!

Preheat your oven to 350°F (176°C) . Lightly grease an 8&quot; x 8&quot; baking dish.

In a medium sized bowl, mix the sliced peaches with the lemon juice, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and set aside.

Combine the crumb topping ingredients in a small bowl with a fork. Use your hands to distribute it evenly over the peaches.

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the crumb topping is golden brown and the crisp is bubbling. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

This easy peach crisp recipe is such a delicious summer dessert! Serve it warm with scoops of vanilla ice cream. Gluten-free.

Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet.

In a large bowl, combine the peaches, cornstarch, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla and toss to coat.

Make the topping: In a medium bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, brown sugar, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt. Using your hands, work in the firm coconut oil until the mixture is crumbly.

Scoop the peach filling into the prepared skillet. Sprinkle with the topping and bake for 20 to 30 minutes, or until the fruit is soft and the topping is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

In a large bowl combine peaches, lemon juice, vanilla, flour, and sugar and stir well. Dump into prepared pan and spread out peaches evenly.

In a medium bowl combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon and stir well.

Cut in chilled butter (use a pastry cutter, fork, or your fingertips OR you can pulse a few times in a food processor). until coarse crumbs form.

Spoon the topping over the peaches in an even layer.

Bake for 35-45 minutes until topping is browned around the edges and top is looking &quot;dry&quot; and crisp.

Cool for 15 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

For the Filling:

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg. Mix in the butter with a fork or your fingers until the mixture is sticky but still lumpy and crumbles. Sprinkle over the top of the peaches.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the topping is browned and the filling is very bubbly. Let cool for 15 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a 9 x 13 baking dish. 

In a large bowl combine the peaches and all of the ingredients for the filling except the lemon juice and stir well.

Pour the peach mixture into the prepared 9 x 13 dish and set aside. Drizzle the lemon juice on top of the peach mixture.

In a separate large bowl combine all of the ingredients for the topping.

Use a stand mixer on low/medium speed for 1 minute until fully crumbled and combined. 

Sprinkle the topping over the peach mixture. 

Bake the peach crisp in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before scooping and serving. 

Serve with vanilla ice cream.
