Fantastic recipe! Easy to throw together, one hundred percent reccomend on the grill. The sauce is a bonus, but not necessary, it's wonderful without as well.

Made it. Fabulous. I was skeptical with the cumin and brown sugar with the chimichurri, but this was fabulous. Definitely going to make it like 50 more times, minimum. We've decided it's going to be a staple, and a great easy meal for entertaining.

The pork was delicious.  However, we found the rub to be overly salty.  Would cut the salt back significantly or even cut it out completely.

Made this. It was good. It didn't get the "good enough for company" stamp from my mother and brother. If i make it again I'd probably just dress arugula with a vinaigrette similar to the herb sauce, but if this recipe sounds good to you them make it. It's pork tenderloin. The only way it's not good is if you over cook it.

I made this tonight and as last minute find and we LOVED it.  We cooked it in the oven due to thunderstorms and we gave it was perfect.

Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin and Potatoes

Smithfield Prime Pork Tenderloin (about 1.5 pounds)

Open the package of pork and remove one tenderloin. Save the second for another meal. Place the pork on a large plate.

Mix together the salt, rosemary, celery seed, black pepper, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

Rub the pork all over with the olive oil and then coat it well with the spice mixture on all sides.

Place the sliced onion on the bottom of the slow cooker, favoring one side of the slow cooker, and then place the pork on top of the onion.

Gently drizzle the soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork.

Use a large piece of foil to make a pocket for the potatoes next to the pork. Be careful to make it large enough so that the pork juice won&#8217;t get into the foil.

Fill the foil with the cubed potatoes and add 1 tablespoon of butter.

The pork should be off to one side but not completely touching the side of the slow cooker.

Add the lid and cook for 3.5 to 4 hours on LOW or until the pork registers 145 degrees using an instant-read thermometer or the probe on your slow cooker.

When the pork is cooked through, remove from the oven and allow to rest for 3 minutes.

While the pork is resting, place the potatoes in a large bowl and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, chopped parsley and salt to taste. Stir to combine.

Slice the pork and place it on a serving platter. Serve right away with buttered potatoes on the side.

(250 milliliters) unsalted chicken stock

(0.5 grams) dried oregano

(2 grams) dried sage

(1 grams) dried rosemary

(14.6 grams) garlic cloves (, finely minced)

(22.5 grams) cornstarch

(45 milliliters) cold water

Brown Pork Tenderloin: Heat up Instant Pot using Sauté More function. Wait until it says HOT (~8 mins). Pat dry, then generously season one side of pork tenderloin with salt + black pepper. Drizzle the inner pot with 1 tbsp unsalted butter or olive oil. Then, brown the seasoned side of pork tenderloin. Season the other side with more salt + black pepper.&nbsp;*Pro Tip: Brown 2 sides of pork tenderloin for 2 mins per side.

Pressure Cook Pork Tenderloin: Set aside the pork. Add 1 cup (250ml) unsalted chicken stock, then deglaze the bottom of the pot. Turn off the heat briefly. In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp (0.5g) dried oregano, 1 tsp (2g) dried sage, 1 tsp (1g) dried rosemary, and 3 (14.6g) finely minced garlic cloves together. Apply Dry Rub to all sides of the browned pork tenderloin, then place pork in Instant Pot. Pressure Cook at High Pressure for 0 minute, then 15 minutes Natural Release.&nbsp;*Note: 0 minute (zero minute) is not a typo! We're using the heat from "Pressurize" Stage &amp; "Depressurize" Stage to cook the pork tenderloin. We tested various pork tenderloin in Instant Pot to find this best cooking time &amp; method. Read the details here*Pro Tip: If your pork tenderloin is thicker than 1.5", increase the natural release time (~5 - 6 minutes per 0.5" of thickness).

Check Pork Internal Temperature: Check pork tenderloin internal temperature at its’ thickest part - it needs to be above 142°F (61°C).&nbsp;*Pro Tip:&nbsp;If the temperature is off by more than 6°F, quickly close the lid, then let the residual heat in Instant Pot to cook the pork for a few more minutes.&nbsp;Remove and place pork on a chopping board. After resting for 3 minutes, slice pork tenderloin in bite-size medallions.*Pro Tip:&nbsp;Pork tenderloin should be slightly pink on the inside.

Bonus - Make Pork Gravy: Mix 2.5 tbsp (22.5g) cornstarch with 3 tbsp (45ml) cold water in a small mixing bowl. Add cornstarch mixture one third at a time to thicken the cooking liquid until desired thickness. Taste &amp; adjust seasoning with more salt or soy sauce.

Caramelized Pork Tenderloins with Maple and Beets

(180 ml) maple syrup

chicken broth

(60 ml) Worcestershire sauce

(15 ml) coriander seeds

(15 ml) butter

Salt and pepper

With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

In a saucepan, bring the maple syrup, broth, beet, and Worcestershire sauce to a boil. Reduce by half, about 10 minutes.

Sprinkle the coriander over the tenderloins. Season with salt and pepper.

In an ovenproof skillet, brown the meat in the butter. Add the sauce and bake for 16 to 18 minutes. Remove the skillet from the oven. Place the tenderloins on a plate and cover with aluminum foil. Reduce the sauce back over high heat until very syrupy. For a beautiful presentation of whole fillets, put the fillets in the pan after the reduction and coat thoroughly.

Thinly slice the meat and cover with the sauce.

Simple to make with big impact on flavour . Presents beautifully.

I tried this recipe thinking,ok,  it's pork, it must be good! Welllll, let me tell you it was fantabulous. I personalized the dish by rolling the tops of the loins in the sauce before tenting them and then passed them under the broiler for about 1 minute just to really seal the flavour of the sauce onto the meat. Pork and Broccoli Stir-Fry

(60 ml) hoisin sauce

tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce

tbsp (30 ml) rice vinegar

In a bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Set aside.

Sauce

In a wok, heat the oil over high heat. Stir-fry the meat, the white parts of the onions, garlic and pepper flakes for 4 minutes. Remove from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, stir-fry the broccoli for 1 minute, adding more oil if needed. Add the sauce. Bring to a boil while stirring. Simmer until the broccoli is crisp-tender. Add the meat and continue cooking until heated through. Adjust the seasoning. Sprinkle with the green parts of the onions.

Kid-friendly comfort food at it&#x27;s best! Cheesy noodles mixed with corn and leftover pork, it&#x27;s the perfect casserole to make ahead and keep prepped in your freezer. This recipe is older than dirt, provided by my mom!

Saucy Pork and Noodle Bake

Bring a large pot of water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Cook the noodles for half of the time recommended on the package. Drain and rinse them to stop them from overcooking. This helps keep the pasta firm in the baked casserole.

In a large mixing bowl, add both cans of soup, the cans of corn with their juices, the shredded cheese, and the diced pork and stir to combine.

OPTIONAL: If you want to add onions to the casserole, heat the olive oil in a small saute pan for a minute and cook the diced onions until softened and translucent, about 3 - 4 minutes. Stir them into the soup mixture.

Gently fold in the cooked noodles to the sauce mixture so you don&#39;t crush them. 

Pour the noodle mixture into a casserole dish that has been prepared with cooking spray.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Bake the covered casserole for 20 minutes.

Remove the cover and carefully stir the dish a little to make sure the center gets piping hot. Continue to bake for another 20-25 minutes uncovered. The top should crisp up just a bit and the whole thing should be bubbling and warm.

Garlic powder is ground, dehydrated garlic. It is a very common seasoning. Applications include pasta, pizza, and grilled chicken. Garlic salt is simply salt plus garlic powder. (Pre-made products usually include an anti-caking agent.) Garlic powder is a common component of spice mix. It is also a common component of seasoned salt.

Season the pork with salt and garlic powder and place on a baking pan.

Combine the vinegar and fig butter and generously brush it all over the pork.

Roast until the center of the pork reaches 145°F with a meat thermometer, about 25 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your pork and your oven.

Let it rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.

In a large Crock Pot add all the ingredients except the pork, cornstarch, and water then mix until evenly combined. Add the pork and turn it over to coat on all sides.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until pork is tender.

Remove pork from Crock Pot and place on a serving dish and tent loosely with aluminum foil.  Allow pork to rest for about 7 minutes.

Thicken the sauce while the pork is resting; in a small bowl, mix cornstarch (1 tablespoon) with the cold water (3 tablespoons) until it&#39;s completely dissolved. Pour all the liquid from the Crock Pot into a small saucepan. Add the cornstarch mixture and bring it to a boil. Boil for 1-2 minutes until the mixture thickens. Slice Pork and pour the thickened sauce over it and serve.
