Burgers with a twist! This simple meal combines fragrantly spiced lamb with Asian greens, cooling cucumber and a sweet and tangy dressing.

Asian Lamb Burgers

(about 12 g) crushed Garlic clove

(about 12 g) finely chopped Lemongrass stalk

g (about ¼ cup) grated Ginger

(about 7 g) chopped Coriander

(about 20 g) deseeded, finely chopped Fresh chilli

Salt

500 g (about 2 ¼ cups) Minced lamb

(about 30 ml) Olive oil

(about 300 g) Cucumber

90 g (about 6) Scallion

(about 1 ⅔) Pak choi

(about 39 g) Muscovado sugar

(about 22 g) Lime zest

(about 60 g) Lime juice

(about 30 ml) Fish sauce

(about 19 g) Peanuts

This banana pecan loaf is based on a classic recipe with lots of banana flavour and crunchy nuts.

Banana Bread

g (about ½ cup) Unsalted butter

(about 1 ⅔) mashed Banana

(about 100 g) Egg

g (about ½ cup) Greek yogurt

130 g (about ¾ cup) Dark brown sugar

200 g (about 1 ½ cups) Plain flour

g (about 2 teaspoons) Baking powder

120 g (about 1 ¼ cups) chopped Pecan halves

½ teaspoons (about 4 g) Ground cinnamon

This unusual frittata is tasty and filling. Feel free to add any vegetables you have lurking in your fridge to bulk it out even more.

Spaghetti & Zucchini Frittata

(about 140 g) finely sliced Onion

(about 390 g) finely sliced Zucchini

(about 6 g) crushed Garlic clove

(about 8 g) torn Fresh basil leaves

Water

g (about 2 ⅞ tablespoons) Spaghetti

(about 200 g) Egg

& pepper

(about 38 g) Parmesan cheese
