Ounces Greek Yogurt (Plain Fat Free)

Large Whole Eggs

¾ Cup Sweetener

Salt

10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener (*Optional)

Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Mix all of your ingredients together in a bowl

Take out and coat a 6’’ pan with non-stick cooking spray or place parchment paper inside it

Bake it on 325F/162C for 30-32 minutes

Turn your oven down to 200F/93C for another 50-60 minutes

Let it cool, wrap it up, and put it in the fridge for a few hours

12 Ounces Fat Free Cream Cheese (339g)
12 Ounces Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Sweetener
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
2 Scoops Protein Powder (60g) (I prefer vanilla)
10-15 Drops Liquid Sweetener (Optional)
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Calories in the whole cheesecake:

Calories: 787
Fat: 11g
Saturated Fat: 4g
Sodium: 2745mg
Carbs: 37g
Fiber: 0g
Sugar: 28g
Protein: 135g

Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl for 2:00-3:00. Take out and spray a 6'' cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Put parchment paper inside your cake pan. Bake on 325°F/162°C for 30:00-32:00. Turn your oven down to 200°F/93°C and bake for another 50:00-60:00. Let cool in the fridge for a few hours (preferably overnight)!

Large Whole Egg

½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Tablespoon Sweetener (Your Choice)

Scoop Protein Powder (Your Choice)

Greek Yogurt (Complimenting Flavor)

Graham Cracker Crumbs (Your Choice (I use around 15 grams))

Butter (Your Choice (I use around 1/2 Tablespoon))

Add all of your ingredients for the Cheesecake into a food processor or blender.

Process or blend everything together until smooth.

Pour your mix into your Cheesecake dish or pan.

Bake on 325F/162C for around 20-25 minutes.

Let it cool, wrap it up, and put it into the fridge for a few hours.

Cheesecake

Mix together your Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter.

Press it into your Cheesecake dish or pan.

Bake on 375F/192C for around 5-7 minutes.

Mixes best if ingredients are

Neufchâtel cheese (8 ounces or 224 grams)

oz fat-free Greek yogurt (1/2 cup or 114 grams)

vanilla whey protein

raspberries (mashed (280 grams))

stevia powder

Mix Neufchâtel cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

Add whey protein and mix well.

Add raspberries and stevia, and mix well.

Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator.

Easy Protein Cheesecake with a Crust

Tablespoons Butter (or Coconut Oil)

½ Cup Almond Flour

Ounces Cream Cheese (Reduced, Full, or Fat Free)

Containers Greek Yogurt (Fat Free)

Large Egg Whites

Teaspoons Vanilla Extract

¼ Cup Sweetener (Your choice)

Chocolate Chips (Semi-Sweet)

Melt your Butter or Coconut Oil

Combine and mix together your melted Butter or Coconut Oil and Almond Flour in a bowl

Take out a 6x2 pan, line it with some parchment paper, and press your mix into it

Bake your crust on 350F/176C for 8-12 minutes or until it’s lightly browned

In another bowl mix together the rest of your ingredients aside from your Chocolate Chips

Pour your mix on top of your crust

Melt your chocolate chips

Pour your melted chocolate and cut it into your cheesecake with a knife to give it that beautiful marbled look

Bake your cheesecake on 325F/162C for 30-35 minutes, drop your temperature to 200F/93C and continue baking for 50 minutes-1 hour

Remove your cheesecake, let it cool for a couple hours, or wrap it up and put it into the fridge overnight (my preference)

Just made this yesterday using fat free cream cheese and yoghurt, had to swap the almond flour with biscuits since I couldn't find any and added some raspberries on top. It's my first time ever making cheesecake and it came out amazing, thank you for the recipe!

Protein Cheesecake

Greek yogurt (room temperature)

cream cheese (* See notes, room temperature)

eggs (whisked, room temperature)

sugar (or sugar substitute)

protein powder

cornstarch

vanilla extract

salt

protein cookies (crushed)

butter

Preheat the oven to 160C/320F. Grease a 9-inch pie pan or springform cake pan.

To make the crust, crush up your protein cookies and measure out 1 3/4 cups of them, and place them in a bowl. Add the melted butter and mix until combined. Transfer to the pan and press down into

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add the yogurt, then the sugar, eggs, and the vanilla extract. Gradually stir through the cornstarch, ensuring there are no clumps. 

Transfer the cheesecake mixture to the prepared crust and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the edges are set. 

Once the cheesecake is baked, allow it to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.

Perfection! I included a cup of lo-fat small curd cottage cheese, 1 cup of unflavored casein powder,  3/4 cup of stevia, vanilla and almond extract, and did the rest as instructed. My crust was the protein cookie recipe linked, with extra graham cracker and 2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips - baked the batter at 300F for 12 mins, let cool before pouring in cheesecake mixture. 
The crowd went crazy! 🤪

5/5 I added lemon zest and juice to make it lemon cheesecake. Your other recipe is like this one, but this one has more volume which I love!

Greek youghurt…Its so horrible that in my country there is only “Greek type of youghurt”. I want to try really.

You add eggs in step 3. The same step he tells you to gradually stir in the cornstarch....

Your instructions still don't say to add the eggs anywhere.  Not everyone will know when or where to add them and that would be a big loss.

What kind of protein cream cheese do you use? There are so many.

I made this and served it for Easter 2024.  I used Vanilla Wafers crushed for the crust.  
It was so good!  It cracked in just the right place.   I put some sliced strawberries on top.  Everyone raved about it.
