This Super Simple Copycat Chili&#x27;s Salsa whips up in five minutes. Whole tomatoes, special blend of seasonings, onion and jalapeño. The best!

Copycat Chili's Salsa

can tomatoes and green chiles, (Rotel)

can whole peeled tomatoes, (don't drain juices)

jalapeno,

onion,

garlic salt

salt

cumin

sugar

Place jalapeno and onion into food processor. Process it for a few seconds.

Add in the rest of the ingredients and process all ingredients for just a few more seconds, keeping it slightly chunky (not a puree).

Put into a bowl with a lid (I like to use a large mason jar) and chill in the fridge for several hours (overnight is even better).

Then serve with tortilla chips.

Chipotle Salsa

garlic, roughly chopped

(14.5 oz) cans fire roasted tomatoes

chipotle peppers

cilantro

salt,

lime juice

Tortilla chips,

Pulse all ingredients in a blender or food processor until no large chunks remain, but not completely smooth.

Authentic Mexican restaurant salsa prepared with fresh plum tomatoes, white onion, cilantro, and serrano peppers just like they make in Mexico. It&#039;s simple, fresh-tasting, and easy to make.

Restaurant Salsa Recipe

plum (Roma tomatoes)

half medium white onion

serrano chiles (or small jalapeños)

garlic (optional)

cilantro (fresh)

cooking oil

Remove the seeds and veins from the chiles (Leave them in if you want a hotter salsa)

Roughly chop the tomatoes, onion, chiles, and cilantro

Add the chopped vegetables to your blender (Do not add extra water unless needed and then add a couple of tablespoons at a time)

Add ½ teaspoon salt

Blend the salsa until it has a coarse texture

Preheat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan

Pour the blended salsa in the hot oil

Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to low

Simmer for 15 minutes

Adjust the salt

This restaurant-style, homemade salsa recipe is easy, quick, and delicious! You need just 10 minutes to prepare this delicious dip to go along with your favorite chips or use it in any recipe that calls for salsa!   

Homemade Salsa Recipe {Restaurant Style}

1- (14.5) oz can of whole peeled plum tomatoes, (undrained)

1- (10) oz can of Rotel with green chilies

yellow onion

jalapeño, (seeded and diced)

garlic

cilantro leaves

lime juice, (more if required)

Add all the ingredients into a blender or food processor.

Pulse in short bursts until the salsa has reached your desired consistency. 

Taste-test! Check for seasoning using a tortilla chip, add the remaining 1/2 tablespoon or more of lime juice if needed. Add more salt or sugar to balance the flavors, if required.

Transfer the salsa to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour before serving.

Just made it using tomatoes from the garden. I scalded the tomatoes and peeled them and put through blender, and I used a Serrano pepper instead Jalapeño. It is my to go to recipe for salsa. Delish

Delicious. Followed recipe almost exactly. I used half of the jalapeño just to make it a little less Spicy!

I made this salsa this evening.  Added 2 Jalapeños to it and more salt, it has a kick to it and tastes like good. Reminds me of the salsa we get at our favorite Mexican restaurant.  I will be making it again.

Just made this today. Soo good &amp; easy. I added a few more spices not on list, but it' a keeper for sure! My husband even loved it, &amp; he's picky about his salsa. We couldn't stop eating it, lol!

Made this last night &amp; it was so good. I make a similar pico recipe that requires so much work to hand chopped everything. This was a delicious quicker alternative! Will be making again. I left out the sugar &amp; I ran out of garlic prior to making this but it was still very good. 
Going to get more ingredients to make this again!

This salsa is SO easy to make. But best of all it is DELICIOUS! I made it exactly like the recipe except used a smaller amount of onions. All the ingredients taste so fresh. Never again will I buy jar salsa!

An easy salsa made right at home in the blender! Refreshing, flavorful, and tastes similar to the ones you find at a Mexican restaurant.

Restaurant-Style Blender Salsa

tomatoes

cilantro*

lime juice (about 1 lime)

Dice onion and mince garlic. (Or simply place in food processor and pulse a few times.)

Place all ingredients in a large food processor or good blender. (I use my 9 cup food processor.) Blend for about 10 seconds to combine. Blend longer to achieve a smoother consistency, or shorter for chunkier salsa.

Taste and adjust flavors or add more salt if desired. Can serve right away, but tastes best after it chills for a couple hours or overnight (which also mellows the raw onion &amp; garlic). Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

This is THE BEST easy salsa recipe I’ve ever made!  Not only that! This recipe is so delicious !  It’s now my go-to quick salsa recipe  to use!
