These seasoned pretzels are loaded with ranch seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic and dill. They are irresistible and additive! Super easy too!

The Best Seasoned Pretzels

(16 ounce) bags sourdough pretzels,

olive oil

(1 ounce) package of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix

lemon pepper seasoning

garlic powder

dill weed

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Break the pretzels apart into bite-size pieces and place them in a large bowl. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk together the olive oil, ranch seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic powder and dill until combined. Pour the oil mixture over the pretzels. Toss over and over until combined - you can even use your (clean!) hands to bring everything together.

Spread the pretzels out over the baking sheet, continuing to mix and combine. There will be some extra oil on the bottom of the sheet, just continue to toss.

Bake the pretzels for 15 minutes. Toss well. Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes. Toss again and let cool completely. Store in a resealable bag or container. These last for at least a week! If you’d like to keep them even fresher, you can store them in the fridge.

Seasoned Pretzels

hard pretzels (anywhere from

oil (canola, vegetable, olive)

lemon pepper

Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Set aside.

Break the pretzels into pieces. Place them in a large zipped-top bag. Add the oil and the spices. Shake it all together very well. Sometimes I shake it, let it sit for a minute, and shake it again. You want every piece coated very well. If you find there aren&#8217;t enough spices coating the pretzels, add more spices to your tastes. Sometimes I add up to 2 full Tbsp of the lemon pepper.

Spread the pretzels onto the prepared baking sheet. If they don&#8217;t all fit in a single layer, use two sheets. Bake for 50 minutes, making sure to stir the pretzels around two or three times during baking. Remove front he oven and allow to cool.

Pretzels stay fresh covered tightly at room temperature for 3 weeks. They won&#8217;t last that long!

Made these with Trader Joe’s Everything Seasoning, Dill and lemon pepper. You are right,  these won’t last 3 weeks! Sooo good!

Just made these and they were as fabulous as I thought they would be!  I opted to use both garlic and onion powder and added 1/4 t cayenne- YUM.  My husband couldn’t stop eating them!  Thanks for the recipe :)

They last for several weeks, making them a perfect make ahead option! The spice is extremely customizable - so adjust to your preference!

Spicy Seasoned Pretzels

Sourdough Hard Pretzels, I used Snyder's

Canola Oil

Lemon Pepper

Garlic Powder

Onion Powder

Dill

Cayenne Pepper, to spice preference

Preheat Oven

Break up the Pretzels. 

Break up the pretzels into bite size pieces. Place pieces in a gallon bag (or large bowl).

Add Oil. 

Add canola oil to the bag, seal, and shake to coat the pretzels.

Add Spices. 

Add the spices, seal, and shake again so everything is evenly coated.

Add to a Baking Sheet. 

Spread coated pretzel pieces in an even layer on a baking sheet. Use a second sheet if needed, to avoid overcrowding. For easier clean up, you can line the sheets with parchment paper.

Bake. 

Bake in preheated oven for about 45-50 minutes - give the pretzels a quick stir and move around every 15 minutes or so. Bake until golden brown.

Cool and Enjoy. 

I've made these more than once for game nights and it's always a hit!
