Just wait until that teriyaki sauce is dripping down your fingers as you bite into these Hawaiian Turkey Burgers Sliders!

Hawaiian Turkey Burger Sliders

1.5 lbs Ground Turkey

Jalapeno Pepper (minced)

Cup Green Onions (sliced)

Salt and Pepper

Cups Soy Vay® Teriyaki Sauce

Peppers

6-8 Slices Cheese (we used cheddar but Monterey or even Pepperjack would work)

Pineapple (sliced)

In a bowl, add the ground meat, jalapeno and green onions.

Mix with a spoon and form into patties.

Set aside on a plate.

Heat the grill to high heat and add the peppers.

Roast on each side for about 30 seconds or until grill marks appear.

Remove to a cutting board and allow to rest for a minute, then slice.

Using a paper towel dipped in oil, rub the grates of the grill and turn the heat to medium high.

Sprinkle a small amount of salt and a little pepper on each side of the meat and add to the grill, promptly turning down to medium.

Cook for 5 minutes.

If the meat is stuck to the grates, it&#x27;s not ready so back away. Otherwise, flip the burgers and cook an additional 5-6 minutes.

Meanwhile, add the pineapple to the grill, flipping after 2 minutes.

Remove to a plate once grill marks appear.

The last minute of cooking the burgers, add a spoonful of sauce to each burger and then the cheese on top.

Add the buns, cut side down to the grill for a minute or two or until warmed.

Remove to a plate.

Place the burger on the bottom bun followed by peppers, pineapple and another drizzle of sauce.

It’s not exactly the meatloaf you grew up eating. It’s wrapped in bacon, cuddled up to cream cheese and beer battered onion rings and kissed with chipotle ketchup, all before getting a bear hug from a sweet slider bun. I don’t want to say it’s better than what your Mom made you as a kid, but it is.

Smoked Meatloaf Sliders

Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 to 375°F, set up for smoking/indirect cooking. Fill an A-MAZE-N Tube Smoker with your favorite pellets. Place on the lower cooking grate, to the left side. Light with a torch.

To make the meatloaf, combine all ingredients, except the bacon slices, and mix well until the mixture is tacky. Roll the meat mixture into a log, about the diameter of the slider buns. Layout your bacon slices side by side. Place the meatloaf log on the bacon and roll the log, wrapping it in the bacon. Transfer to the second shelf of the cooker. Grill until the internal temperature reaches 160°F, about 45 minutes. Remove from the cooker and rest. Slice sliders (about the width of a half slice of bacon).

Prepare your frying oil. Fill a Lodge Logic 7 quart dutch oven about half full of vegetable oil. Heat over medium high heat, until an instant read thermometer inserted in the oil reads 375°F. Reduce the heat to maintain that temperature.

To make the onion rings, combine the flour, beer, water and Jack Stack French Fry Seasoning. Mix well. Toss the onion rings in the batter, then transfer to the hot oil, one at a time. Fry the rings for about four minutes on each side, or until light golden brown. Remove for the oil with a slotted spoon and transfer to paper towels.

To build your sliders, spread the bottom slider bun with cream cheese. Place the meatloaf slider on top, then a couple of onion rings. Smother everything in Big Rick’s Chipotle Ketchup and add the top bun.

Sprinkle pork on all sides with the seasoning. Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook, turning once, until the pork is browned, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.

Lightly grease slow cooker. Set to low. Place roast in slow cooker.

In a small bowl, combine the dressings and gravy mix with water. Stir well. Pour over the roast.

Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the roast easily shreds and is tender. If it is still tough, it needs to cook longer.

Preheat the oven to 450-f while you prepare the meat and gravy.

Using a large slotted spoon, separate the beef from the juices, reserving the juice. Shred the beef with two forks. Pour the roast juices into a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Create a cornstarch slurry using 2 Tablespoons cornstarch and 1 Tablespoon cold water. Stir well to combine then add to warmed roast juices. Bring to a simmer until gravy thickens. Add more cornstarch slurry if you'd like it thicker. Add the finished gravy back to the shredded beef.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment or foil. Slice the bakery rolls in half. Lightly butter the top and bottom of the rolls if desired. To both cut halves add Swiss cheese. Top one half with shredded beef and gravy. Bake for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. If desired, broil it for 1 minute to crisp up the rolls and cheese. Combine the two sides to create the slider and serve hot.

These Italian Sandwich Sliders are served cold, packed full of Salami, Pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomatoes and onions for fresh and delicious party sandwiches!

Pulled Pork Sliders

Put the pork roast in the slow cooker and add salt and pepper. Pour in the cider vinegar. Cover with a lid and cook on low for 12 hours (I cook it overnight).

Remove the pork roast from the crockpot and shred it with forks (this will be very easy).

Drain juices from the slow cooker, reserving two cups of liquid. Return pulled pork to the slow cooker. To the reserved liquid add the brown sugar, hot sauce, and crushed pepper flakes. Stir well. Pour over shredded pork and place the lid back on the crockpot.

Place on low or warm setting until ready to serve. Can be made ahead of time, refrigerated, and reheated in the microwave.

Make Crockpot Pulled Pork

Place dry ingredients (sugar, salt, 2 cups of flour, and yeast) in a large mixing bowl. Cut in shortening with a long-tined fork.

Add eggs, beating them lightly with a fork before stirring them in.

Add the remaining flour, melted butter, and water. Stir together well. The dough will look like a big old lumpy blob.

Cover with a dish towel and let it sit in a warm place for 20 minutes.

Pat the dough out into a rectangle that&#39;s about 3/4-inch thick. Cut into squares with a pizza cutter.

Place each roll into a greased 9×13 baking dish and cover them with a towel. Let them rise for another 20 minutes.

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.

Brush hot rolls with additional melted butter.

Bake Yeast Rolls

Place chopped or shredded cabbage in a large bowl.

Add vinegar and sugar, and stir.

Cover the cabbage mixture and place it in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before serving. So feel free to make it when you make the pulled pork. It will make more juice over time.

Make Vinegar Slaw

Place a serving of pulled pork and a serving of vinegar slaw on each slider bun. Then serve.

Preheat oven to 325F.

Keeping the 12 dinner rolls together, cut them lengthwise. Place bottom half in a greased 13x9 inch baking pan.

Lay summer ham slices evenly across the bottom half of the dinner rolls. Continue evenly spread the pineapple tidbits and grated cheese on top of the ham. Place the top half of the dinner rolls on top.

Whisk together the melted butter, mustard, brown sugar and garlic powder. Brush this butter mixture on the top of the dinner rolls.

Cover the baking pan with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

Remove foil and bake of another 10-15 minutes. The buns should be starting to brown and the cheese melted and bubbling on the sides.

Cut into sliders and serve warm.

These have become a staple at football viewings and around Easter.
